It is part of the Seto Inland Sea National Park and is also called Awaji Hashidate.
Narugashima is close to Awajishima, about 100m away. There is a ferry from Yura Port that connects to the island in about 2 minutes.
The altitude of Mt. Nariyama in the north is 52 meters, and the remains of the battery of the Yura Fortress, which was built in 1896, remain. Takasaki in the south is at an altitude of 23 meters and is home to the Takasaki Lighthouse.
Narugashima is a barrier island of Awaji Island. A barrier island is a long strip of land consisting of sand and gravel that extends offshore parallel to the coast. It is so called because it looks like it protects land from the sea.
Sandy beaches develop on the ocean side of barrier islands, and many islands have low sand dunes and vegetation such as shrubs. On Narigashima, rare seaside plants grow naturally along sandbars and tidal flats, and rare animals such as the Japanese fiddler crab also appear to live there.
Thank you for watching.

Narugashima Barrier Island 成ヶ島（なるがしま） 兵庫県洲本市 Hyogo JAPAN【Subtitles 字幕】 #barrierisland,#lagoon,#awaji,#成ヶ島,#淡路

[144731
140889,173948,799,32,57775,513,144969,218,144523,101237,2855,173949,133801,30286,4751,2690
0":"post-214205","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-hyogo","8":"tag-awaji","9":"tag-barrier-island","10":"tag-dji","11":"tag-japan","12":"tag-lagoon","13":"tag-513","14":"tag-144969","15":"tag-218","16":"tag-144523","17":"tag-101237","18":"tag-2855","19":"tag-173949","20":"tag-133801","21":"tag-30286","22":"tag-4751","23":"tag-2690
["GET
