Dabei gibt es eine untere Wohnung mir Garten und eine obere mit Balkon und einer<br \/>\nSonnenterrasse. Diese hat fast die selbe Fl\u00e4che wie die Wohnung. Zum Verkauf steht hier die obere Wohnung. Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern,<br \/>\nWohnzimmer mit Essecke, K\u00fcche und Bad. Auf der Sonnenterrasse befindet sich zus\u00e4tzlich ein Holzh\u00e4uschen genutzt als Abstellraum. Es gibt einen<br \/>\nGemeinschaftspool, einen Tennisplatz und einen Petankaplatz. Gepflegt wird die Anlage \u00fcber die Verwaltung. Die Kosten werden von der<br \/>\nWohnungseigent\u00fcmergemeinschaft geteilt. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vorteil dieser Wohnung liegt zweifellos in seiner Lage. Sie liegt sehr ruhig am Salzsee und am Rande<br \/>\nder Stadt. Sie k\u00f6nnen quasi alles zu Fu\u00df erreichen. Oben auf dieser Seite sehen Sie die genaue Lage im Google-Map-Link. Hier einige Beispiele: Carrefour<br \/>\nund Habaneras Einkaufszentrum 1500 m, Strand 1600 m, Hafen 1600 m, Altstadt\/Kirche 1400 m, Salzsee mit Naturschutzgebiet 600 m, Krankenhaus<br \/>\nTorrevieja 4400 m. Schauen Sie ruhig einmal selbst in der Karte was Sie interessiert. Oben bei den Fotos sehen Sie zum besseren \u00dcberblick noch eine alte<br \/>\nWerbung aus dem Jahre 1997 als diese Objekte erstellt wurden. Zu jener Zeit waren wir selbst gerade mal 1 Jahr in Spanien. Es hat sich seit dem viel<br \/>\nver\u00e4ndert, aber dar\u00fcber werde ich Ihnen gern m\u00fcndlich berichten, wenn ich wei\u00df was Sie interessiert.<br \/>\n***********************************<br \/>\nIt is an apartment called Bungalow by the Spanish. There are existing lower apartments with garden and an upper apartments with a balcony and a sun<br \/>\nterrace. This upper one has almost the same area as the apartment itself. For sale here is the upper one. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with dining area,<br \/>\nkitchen and bathroom. On the sun terrace is also a wooden house used for storage. There is a community pool, tennis court and a petanca court. The<br \/>\nmaintainment is run by the administration. The fees for this community are shared by the owners. The biggest advantage of this apartment is undoubtedly its<br \/>\nlocation. It is very quiet by the salt lake and on the edge of the city. You can practically walk to everything. At the top of this page you can see the exact location<br \/>\nby the Google Map link.
