🇯🇵This crepe shop uses powerful air to shape the batter, and there are only two like it in Japan. Once they pour the batter, a strong blast of air from above spreads it into a perfect circle.
It’s surprisingly simple to watch, but really fascinating.The crepe turns out crispy and incredibly sweet.If you’re traveling in Japan, this is definitely a must-try.
