【奈良】早春の明日香村。奥へ奥へと巡る旅｜A quiet roadcalled “Asuka-ji.”｜飛鳥路｜奥飛鳥∣サイクリング
奈良・明日香村。
その中でも「飛鳥路」と呼ばれる道を、レンタサイクルで走りました。
観光地としての華やかさではなく、
どこか奥に残る、静かな時間。
昔の人は、
はっきりと分けきれないもの——
「あわい」を大切にしていたように思います。
満開だけではない桜、
降り方によって名を変える雨、
そして、時代が混ざりあうような風景。
ここには、
そんな“移ろい”を感じる余白がありました。
風景に、自分の身を置く時間。
ただ、そこにあるものを見つめる時間。
それが今、私の心に残る、飛鳥路の風景です。

A quiet road
called “Asuka-ji.”
Not a place to consume,
but a place to notice.
In-between moments,
soft transitions,
things that cannot be divided.
Not just full bloom,
but falling petals.
Not just clear skies,
but the way rain arrives.
I went for a bike ride.
and simply stayed.
