As I thought, Amazing! Nakanojo Gardens, Rose Garden in Autumn.

Hello, this is Ichiro! 😊 Today, I visited Nakanojo Gardens and Karaku no Sato in Nakanojo, Gunma Prefecture. Friday, October 3, 2025. Nakanojo Gardens is hosting its Autumn Rose Garden Fair from September 27th to October 19th. The weather is forecast to worsen starting tomorrow, so I came here on short notice. According to the flowering information, the roses are in full bloom, but the peak will likely be a little later. 🤔 Now, let’s take a look around the garden! 😃 The video will be recorded nonstop, so I hope it makes you feel like you’re actually walking around. 😊 We’ll walk around the garden clockwise and finally return to this knot garden. ✌️ Nakanojo Gardens is a complex of seven gardens and a farm area. This strolling garden, rare even in Japan, features a garden as its centerpiece. First, we’ll walk through the rose garden! The rose garden is divided into seven sections, each with a different color and atmosphere. First, you’ll be greeted by a rose arch, but the climbing roses in the arch only bloom in the spring. Check out the stunning rose arch in our previous video! 😊 There are certainly a lot of buds, but I’d say it’s already in full bloom! 👍 This plant is at its peak! 😃 Approximately 1,000 rose bushes of 400 varieties are planted here. Climbing roses were in bloom! 😃 This rose garden was created by Takashi Kawai, supervisor of Yokohama English Garden. Just by walking around, you can experience a variety of gardens with different atmospheres. I love how well-maintained this garden is! 😊 This is the first section, the Promenade Gallery. Along the winding paths, not only roses but also flowering trees and plants are planted. This is the largest of the seven sections. Bee 😊 The celosia (cockscomb) are lovely 😃 Next up is the “Japanese Garden.” The structures and plants create a modern Japanese atmosphere. Bellflowers?! 😮 “Garland Garden” A gardener is explaining rose care to a customer. The gardeners here are all very kind and do their work meticulously.👍 The lawn is also beautiful.👍 In spring, the climbing roses on both sides are gorgeous and become a popular attraction. Coleus 👍 Next up is the “Yellow Garden.” A cute and pop garden surrounded by blue walls. This garden is probably at its peak right now. 😃 Amazing. 😃 It’s worth the four hours I spent here from the foot of Mt. Fuji. 👍 Next up is the “White Garden.” It’s in full bloom. 😃 Next up is the “Chocolate Garden,” a garden with antique-inspired colors. The final section of the Rose Garden is the Rose Terrace. I usually have coffee here, but today I’ll continue filming and take a tour of Nakanojo Gardens. This is the end of the rose garden, but there are many more beautiful gardens to come. Citizen’s Flower Bed (WEST) In the center stands a friendship rose planted by the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Japan. Residents maintain their own flower beds. This large flower bed is the “Bulgaria Friendship Flower Bed,” newly created this year. Apparently, there are about 100 flower beds in the residents’ flower beds. Here’s the text from the flyer: “Let’s explore the autumn gardens.” “Enjoy a premium stroll, unique to Nakanojo Gardens, where each garden exudes its own unique charm.” 👍 Next up: Spiral Garden. The Spiral Fields surrounding Spiral Garden were filled with wheat in the spring, but now the ageratums are in full bloom. Spiral Garden. “Look for the red and yellow Gaillardia flowers among the grass swaying in the breeze,” the flyer says. 🤔 Red and yellow Gaillardia ✌️ There was a swallowtail butterfly 😃 The fields and mountains of my hometown. The water reflection is beautiful 👍 Natural garden. “A naturalistic garden created with perennial plants that blend in with the environment.” “Nakanojo Farm. An area where apples for harvest and roses for processing are grown. It offers a variety of ways to enjoy the garden beyond just viewing them.” The apples are beginning to turn red. Currently, Nakanojo is hosting the Nakanojo Biennale, an art festival featuring 147 artists. As you can see, artworks are also on display inside Nakanojo Gardens. Perhaps art and gardens go well together. Relaxation Forest. Citizens’ Flower Bed (EAST) A few red spider lilies are blooming. Kame-chan’s Fountain. Meadow Path. The goal is to create a garden where life circulates with minimal human intervention. 👍 Knot Garden. A beautiful, balanced garden with plants planted in a knot-like pattern. This concludes our walk through Nakanojo Gardens. Here we can see the rose garden we walked through first. I hope you enjoyed this premium walk, unique to Nakanojo Gardens, where each garden exudes its own unique charm. For me, it was the best walk ever! 😊 Since it took me four hours to get here from my house, I decided to visit another garden, just a 30-minute drive from here. We arrived at Karaku no Sato. Apparently, it’s an authentic natural garden that makes the most of its natural environment. Nakanojo Gardens is located at an elevation of 480m, but this spot is at an elevation of 1000m, offering a completely different view. This is a place worth visiting together with Nakanojo Gardens. Hydrangeas?! 😮 You can see beautiful dried flowers inside the rest house. A spectacular dried flower display. 😃 25th anniversary. By the way, Nakanojo Gardens opened in 2021. This is the end of this video. Thank you for watching until the end. See you in the next video! 😊
