北茨城より北へ。バイクを借りて茨城を巡る日帰りツーリング【HONDA|CL250】

Dane Yes. So, good morning. I’m going on a day trip today too. My beloved CB250R is undergoing maintenance. I just borrowed a CL250 from a junior colleague. The color is Pearl Cadet Gray That’s nice It’s a little customised here and there It has a TAKEGAWA light guard. The Rebel 250 also has a handlebar lock. This is the engine here This is a bit difficult for a CB rider. My junior is a woman It’s been lowered a bit The feet are sticky It is not a reference video for new cars. The thing that bothers me is the position of the feet and the steps. Can you tell? They collide. I wonder what’s bothering me about this? Let’s take a look around the meter. Let’s listen to the exhaust No custom muffler, just the original sound It has a lower sound than the CB250R. The CB250, Rebel 250, and CL250 all have the same engine. All the flavors are different I’ve run so far Unlike the CB250R, it doesn’t go that fast. It’s a bike to enjoy leisurely. It’s my junior’s bike. Today’s touring I would like to mainly drive on local roads. I won’t use the highway. Today we are going to Izura Beach in Kitaibaraki City. If I had a little more time I’m thinking of visiting Fukushima as well. By the way, I forgot to mention that this is the starting point for today. Grand Terrace Chikusei Let’s leave now There are a lot of people who drive fast in Ibaraki. Be careful. National Route 50 Go straight on National Route 50 to Kasama City From Kasama City via the Beef Line Take the Green Furusato Line from Hitachi-Omiya City to Kitaibaraki A beautiful view of the Tsukuba mountain range from National Route 50 The beef line is a little hard to find First, turn left onto Prefectural Route 1 in Kasama City. Soon you will come to a T-junction, where you need to turn right. beef line Although the Beef Line doesn’t offer a spectacular view, It is characterized by its steep ups and downs. It’s a pleasant road running through the greenery. As you leave the city, the road becomes more gentle curves. Rehydrate here at this classic rest stop on the Beef Line. Yamazakura Product Center Today is the Obon holiday, so many riders are visiting. I hope the place I’m going to today isn’t crowded Continue straight from Yamazakura Cross National Route 123 and you will cross the Naka River. Okatsura Bridge The Beef Line ends at the intersection where it meets National Route 118. This time we will be driving on the Green Furusato Line. Turn right at Family Mart Green Furusato Line Crossing the Kuji River, the longest river in Ibaraki The Green Furusato Line is a 60km wide agricultural road. There are few traffic lights, so you can comfortably ride through the forest and mountains. National Route 461 The first destination is Hananuki Valley Is it really crowded? Hananuki Valley There are a few people here and there. Swimming in the river in the summer? Looks like it would be fun. Well, there are a lot of people here, so let’s go somewhere quieter. From National Route 461, we will drive on the Green Furusato Line again. Green Furusato Line There are almost no oncoming vehicles, so it’s stress-free. As you head north, the traffic thins out. Once we passed through the forest, we could see the dam. It was koyama Dam. koyama Dam. There are hardly any people here. High expectations. Well, that’s what happens when you get used to CB. There’s a spot to put the photos. This is how you pinch it. I see Koyama Dam (Lake Koyama)
Completed in 2005, this is the prefecture’s newest dam, created by damming the Okita River in Takahagi City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
In recent years, bass fishing has been allowed here, and you can enjoy fishing from rental boats. Isn’t it good The wind is cold and feels good It’s definitely best when there aren’t many people around. I hate crowds, but I was very satisfied. When I look down, a cold wind blows up. amazing The Green Furusato Line doesn’t offer a spectacular view, There is only one spot where you can see the ocean. The road and scenery are open, so you’ll know it right away. beautiful CL and the sea of Kitaibaraki – I’ll send it to my juniors. Heading towards Kitaibaraki city from the Green Furusato Line Prefectural Route 153 Descending the mountain, the coast appears along the city. Ah, it feels so good The sea always lifts the spirits Isohara coast There are a lot of beachgoers. Well, it’s the Obon holiday. Otsu Port We came close to Goura Beach. Choosing a restaurant to eat seafood bowl First choice, full. Let’s move on to the next one. Second option: Cars are overflowing onto the roads A leisurely ride along the coast. A road that goes perfectly with CL. Izura Beach after lunch This place was supposed to be closed I’ll go here if it’s open. Boatman’s Cuisine Tenshinmaru Seafood bowl served in a golden bowl It was a seafood bowl I had never seen before. What a surprise! It’s the first time I’ve ever had a seafood bowl topped with spiny lobster. The surrounding sashimi is also colorful, which enhances the presence of the spiny lobster. This is so beautiful it’s a shame to eat it. The crab miso that comes with the spiny lobster spreads a deep flavor throughout your mouth. All this for just 1,800 yen…what a luxurious lunch. I had a blissful time. Thank you for the meal. Cape Izura Park Cape Izura: A coastline lined with sheer cliffs reaching 50 meters in height. A place beloved by the modern Japanese artist Okakura Tenshin. There is an observation deck where you can see the Hexagonal Hall, where Okakura Tenshin would often meditate, as well as his former home. There is an observation deck, so I will climb it. This observation deck overlooks the Izura Coast It was built as a memorial for the Great East Japan Earthquake. Turning around, you will see Rokkakudo, the place where Okakura Tenshin contemplated. It was hit directly by the tsunami and disappeared for a time, but was rebuilt. On the other side you can see the cityscape along the sea. Kitaibaraki also suffered extensive damage from the tsunami. The news has focused on the three Tohoku prefectures, so not much is known about the damage. The newspaper described Kitaibaraki as a “forgotten disaster area.” Prefectural Route 27 I have some time left, so I’m heading towards Fukushima. Before that, we will drive along a narrow mountain road to Hanazono Shrine. The scenery of mountain houses and rural areas continues for a while. Hanazono Shrine The vermilion building that suddenly appears deep in the mountains is impressive. There were few tourists, so I was able to relax. It has a nice atmosphere. At the back of the shrine there is a 600-year-old sacred tree. The sacred tree is always overwhelming in its presence. Prefectural Route 27 Now, this is the last spot of today’s tour. Prefectural Route 27 is a steep road with a series of narrow curves. It takes more than 40 minutes to drive along this mountain road. If possible, I would like to return to Chikusei before the sun sets. We arrived at our destination. There was a campsite nearby with guests staying there. We came close to the administration building. There is an observatory next door, so you can enjoy the starry sky. Kanotunodaira Tourist Ranch Feel the exhilaration of running through the vast land Well, somehow I ended up coming all the way to Fukushima. It’s a nice place, I’ll come again National Route 289 It’s a very pleasant and easy country road to drive on. National Route 118 Yamatsuri town is known for its grilled sweetfish Maybe it was just my imagination, but I smelled grilled fish while I was running. Twilight time has come The embers of the evening fire beautifully decorate the Naka River National Route 294 Continue straight on National Route 294 Heading to Chikusei via Mashiko Town and Sakuragawa City National Route 50 Grand Terrace Chikusei In the end, I decided to go home after dark. So what do you think? I hope this video will be helpful for your touring. Well then, everyone, have a safe bike life today.
