Sharing with my husband, as always. Adult-flavored tiramisu. Delicious! Something I’ve been wondering about lately Apparently, water springs from the pond. First, I paid a visit to the shrine. As you’d expect from the Monet of Kanto, A fantastical sight, like an oil painting. Maybe the water is so clear because it springs from within the pond? A beautiful sight I could gaze at forever. Early lunch When I think of Sano, ramen comes to mind. I heard there was a delicious soba restaurant deep in the mountains, so I headed there. I arrived about 15 minutes before opening. I was the first one in line. It was fully booked before noon. It’s a popular restaurant. The duck and green onion stir-fry that everyone orders. Simple yet rich in flavor. Grated the wasabi and I was ready to go. Translucent noodles Looks delicious Cold soba noodles on a hot day Refreshing and delicious Thank you for the meal It’s a bit far from the city, but You can drive through nature, so Recommended Speaking of summer, that food comes to mind. Come to think of it, I haven’t tried it yet. Shaved Ice Shaved ice made with natural water from Nikko. Clean water flows right in front of me. Homemade strawberry syrup Tochigi Prefecture is famous for its strawberries. I drank a glass of juice containing five mandarins. I visited a shrine I’d been curious about. Cats were cooling off here and there. As the name suggests, the shrine is located on top of a mountain. Ringing wind chimes is so cool! There are two types of goshuin (temple seals) available. Cute goshuin (temple seals). A panoramic view of the city. Apparently, you can even see the Skytree on a clear day. When it comes to Sano, Sano Ramen is a must-try. This place is famous for a certain ramen. It seems to be a famous restaurant, even frequented by rakugo performers. Let’s toast with the popular negi motsu (green onion offal). Chewy gyoza dumplings. Green onion ramen. I can’t see the noodles at all. Sano Ramen is all about its clear soup. Clear and delicious! Delicious! I found a huge piece of char siu! The chewy texture of the homemade noodles is amazing. There’s plenty to see and do in addition to the ramen. Enjoy a day trip from Tokyo. It was a wonderful trip.
