RE_CLASSIC350で国東半島小旅行|エキゾーストサウンド|クラくら#29
A short trip to the Kunisaki Peninsula This time I departed from the JAPAN Ground Self-Defense Force Garrison in Yufuin. Mount Yufu is visible in front of me. I always use this route when I go to Hiji town. It feels great to accelerate up the long, gentle hairpin curves. Arrived at Hiji town Hiji Town has a view of the ocean from the hills Hiji Town is one of the few towns in Oita Prefecture that faces south toward the sea. Ride your bike up a small hill and you’ll see Beppu Bay in front of you. I came to Nata Beach in Kitsuki City. The pine forest is beautiful It’s a truly Japanese landscape Beautiful sandy beach I passed Oita Airport and entered Kunisaki City. The roads around here are mostly straight, so a cruiser bike would be a good choice. Yayoi Village I just dropped in and it was a wonderful place for me. High-floor warehouse pit-house This is fluffy and cute Truly classic living Pit dwellings began as hearths to protect fires from wind and rain, and people began to live in them. Why do Japanese people take off their shoes at home? The answer is here The custom of removing shoes at places of worship is seen in religions around the world. The custom of removing shoes in sacred places is common in many religions. In many countries, homes are not sacred places and so shoes do not need to be removed. As mentioned above, Japan has come to live in the hearth. In Japan, there is a belief in the existence of eight million gods, and people offer prayers and gratitude to the gods who exist in various things. In other words, fire is considered a god, so the home is a sacred place. That’s why there is a theory that Japanese people take off their shoes at home. It’s a wonderful theory I came to Bungotakada City through the mountains. Matama Beach This is the place to come at dusk Because it is one of the top 100 sunset spots in Japan. Familiar mountains came into view I feel like I’m back home I passed through Usa City Ajimu town and arrived at Yufuin in one go. The seven-hour short trip was a lot of fun The joy of traveling is getting home and feeling relieved
