【福島県】行列必至の喜多方ラーメン巡りで4店舗を食べ比べ!あまりの美味さに感動…

Good morning! We are a newly married, unemployed couple traveling around Japan on our honeymoon , eating lots of delicious food all over the country. Today, we’re talking about Fukushima! Kitakata ramen! Kitakata ramen is one of Japan’s three great ramens. The three great ramens in Japan are Sapporo ramen, Hakata ramen from Fukuoka, and Kitakata ramen here in Kitakata, Fukushima. I’ve never tried Kitakata ramen before , so I thought it would be a shame to try just one, so I’m going to try a few different ones. How many will we try? Four stores ! All four stores! Kitakata ramen is different at each store, so I wanted to try a few different ones and find my favorite, so I headed straight to the first store, which opens at 7am, so I’d like to have some ramen for breakfast. Let’s have some Kitakata ramen! This is Sakauchi Shokudo’s meat soba Sakauchi Shokudo is very famous ! It’s the famous shop when it comes to Kitakata ramen! It looks so delicious! Let’s eat ! Let ‘s start with the soup! It’s clear! It’s somewhere between soy sauce and salt Let’s eat Delicious Is it delicious? It seeps in Ah, so good The saltiness is just right I love the clear pork bone soup The noodles are whitish They’re hand- kneaded They ‘re whitish and thick I think They’re delicious They have a nice chew and the noodles themselves feel seasoned It ‘s not just the soup that tastes good The noodles have a salty taste too Delicious Can I get some pork since we’re here? Isn’t it amazing How many pieces are there? There are 11 pieces I’ll eat it in one bite Delicious The balance of meat and fat is perfect Not too salty, just great Balanced Excellent This is Sakauchi Shokudo I’ve been wanting to come to This is a restaurant my husband has always wanted to come to It’s amazing The soup is clear Finally I can eat it… the saltiness is just right The noodles are good too! The hand-kneaded noodles are chewy and delicious. The way they treat children is great. The fat is just amazing, isn’t it? Sakauchi Shokudo is a chain restaurant that you see nationwide as “Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi,” but this is the main store, so it’s based here and it’s so good, so delicious, I’m pretty shocked, it’s amazing, right? It’s one of Japan’s three great ramen restaurants, the noodles are medium-thick and delicious, you should definitely get the meat soba, the pork slices are so good, it looks strong, it’s huge, it’s really big, it’s strong(?) it looks strong, it should go well, how does it go with white pepper? It goes perfectly with the morning ramen. It’s amazing. Eating something this delicious in the morning is so refreshing. I’m so impressed with my long-awaited visit to Sakauchi Shokudo . Thank you for the meal . It was really delicious. I’ve come to Kuraichiban Yamaguchi Kitakata Ramen. It’s clear and delicious . It’s completely different. The seafood flavor and umami are strong. It’s more like dashi than soy sauce. The homemade egg noodles are delicious. The noodles are chewy and have a strong flavor. There’s pork belly roast pork in it. It says ” braised pork” and it’s really thick . Let’s eat . The dried sardines and kelp melt in your mouth. The seafood broth is really strong . The aroma is also good. The noodles have a strong seafood aroma. They’re also really good. Apparently they’re in the noodle manufacturing business and started making ramen. This restaurant has been featured on TV, so it’s really good. The taste varies greatly depending on the restaurant. Thank you for the meal. It was really delicious. Kitakata Ramen Specialty Store This is Kirin . I’ve come to Kirin. I found this place on TikTok. They serve soy sauce ramen, but there are different types of soy sauce ramen, the most famous being golden soy sauce and white soy sauce. They also have bonito flakes rice. Those looked really delicious, so I came here to try all three. The ramen has arrived! This is the golden soy sauce ramen. Golden soy sauce ramen. It has lots of toppings. This is the bonito flakes rice. Let ‘s take a look. There are a lot of bonito flakes! Let’s start with the ramen. It’s delicious . It’s difficult to choose, but it doesn’t have a simple flavor. It seems to be a blend of two types of soy sauce. It’s not just one type of soy sauce, but it’s really delicious . The flavor of the broth and the soy sauce are mellow and really delicious. Next, the noodles are smooth and easy to eat. Medium-thick noodles? A little thin, maybe? Medium noodles? What do you call them? Medium-thin noodles? They ‘re about medium-thin, so they’re super easy to eat. They’re not too curly, so they go down smoothly. I had the shellfish broth white soy sauce Chinese soba. Let’s eat. It’s got a strong umami flavor, the umami of the shellfish. So it’s something completely different. The aroma is also really good . It’s a bit straight, so it goes down really smoothly. Did I say that? I tried the exact same thing and it’s completely different! If you want to enjoy a completely different soy sauce ramen, try the golden soy sauce . The white soy sauce is a great combination of seafood and soy sauce, and the umami is amazing. Now, let’s get started on the long-awaited bonito flakes. It seems there’s a way to eat it, so I’ll follow that. Step 1: First, enjoy the taste of Aizu Jidori eggs with rice topped with raw egg. First, I’ll have the egg , and only the yolk. No egg white, seriously? What a waste , what should I do? I’m cheap, so I’ll eat it all. Let’s enjoy all the eggs! Are the Aizu Jidori eggs like this? They already look delicious. Let’s have the raw egg broth soy sauce. Let’s eat. The eggs are delicious. Fresh, delicious eggs. Good eggs can sometimes be too rich, but this one is easy to eat and just the right thickness. Now, let’s add the main attraction, bonito flakes. Part 2: Place bonito flakes on top of the rice and enjoy the sweetness and aroma of real bonito. How does it taste? The incredible flavor of bonito flakes hits you! Part 3: Pour the ramen soup over the bonito flakes rice, add wasabi to taste, and enjoy it as ochazuke. This is the best ochazuke I’ve made …the strongest ochazuke I’ve ever had … Wasabi and bonito flakes go well together. First of all, the egg is mellow and the soup is not too strong, so it’s light and might be a great way to finish off the meal. Once you’ve finished the ramen, have it all in ochazuke (rice with tea). The white soy sauce soup is perfect for ochazuke , and the shellfish broth and bonito flakes go perfectly together. The white soy sauce is also good. You can enjoy the differences between the two types and it was great. Thank you for the meal. Both are delicious. I recommend you try both. We also ordered bonito flakes rice . This is Kofuku. This is the last restaurant, so the last thing we ordered was meat ramen. What’s with this appealing name? It ‘s packed with meat. It looks delicious, so let’s eat. This is the last ramen. I’m excited. This is a restaurant I’ve been waiting for. Let’s start with the soup! This is a must, first of all the soup is a gentle, gentle soup. The pork bone broth is effective and seeps into your body. Now let’s move on to the noodles . Hiyori-san has already eaten first. She hasn’t paired her food much lately , but she’s eating too much.   3. 喜多方ラーメンおいしいですよね。私は都内の坂内食堂さんでしか食べたことないけど。ところで、しゅん君、最初のスープチェックの時にはどこでも必ずレンゲに合わせて右手の箸が持ち上がって、箸でレンゲを支えるような感じで、かわいらしい癖ですね。最後の画伯の絵の紹介時には右手に大きなばんそうこうが二か所?見えていましたが、ケガでしょうか?お大事に。では、お二人仲良く楽しい旅をお続けください。
