This time, we’re visiting Sobaya, a soba restaurant in Manyamachi. The entrance is narrow, but lunchtime is from 11am to 3pm.
Closed on Sundays. Going further in is like going to another world!
Quaint atmosphere ① Mori Soba, 880 yen (tax included). Enjoy the delicate texture of the 2:8 handmade noodles. Mori Soba is crunchy and goes down smoothly!
Even if you order a small portion, you can enjoy the flavor of the noodles. The soba soup has a mellow taste and is perfect as a final dish. ② Sobaya Curry Bowl, 1,100 yen (tax included). The pickled melon makes a refreshing palate cleanser. The curry bowl is medium-spicier and mild． The flavor of the chicken and onion soaks into the rice. ③ Chikara Soba, 1,210 yen (tax included). The melt-in-your-mouth softness of the round rice cake is exquisite. The aroma of radish sprouts and kabosu spreads softly. The flavor of the broth brings out the flavor of the condiments. ④ Duck Bowl, 1,650 yen (tax included). Eight thick pieces of duck meat, fragrant!
The more you chew, the more flavor spreads. The special sauce stimulates your appetite! ⑤ Soba with Toppings Zoni, 990 yen (tax included). Even a small earthenware pot will satisfy your appetite!
The aroma of chicken, rice cake, Chinese cabbage, kamaboko, maitake mushrooms, burdock, mitsuba, and yuzu pepper will whet your appetite． Each bowl is carefully prepared to highlight the exquisite soba noodles and the charm of the duck meat.

今回は、長崎県長崎市万屋町にある蕎麦屋「蕎家」さんです。※字幕付き（設定より）
「蕎家（そばや）」といえば、喉ごし抜群の二八手打ちそば・・・と思いきや、実は丼メニューが想像以上にスゴいんです。

鴨丼は肉厚で香ばしく、クセのない澄んだ味わい。噛むたびに旨みがあふれ、タレが食欲を一気に加速させます。そば屋の出汁を効かせたカレー丼は、やさしいマイルドさの中に奥深さがあり、思わずスプーンが止まりません。

さらに、具雑煮や力蕎麦など、寒い日に心も体も温まる一品もラインナップ。
