越南最少人知道的地方,居然是咖啡天堂!越南小哥计划去台湾打工,收入居然多赚这么多🇻🇳【阿树闯越南】EP50丨越南世界咖啡博物馆,刷新认知!

How much one hour? (How much does it cost per hour?) Do you make more in Taiwan? It’s easy to make money in Taiwan. What are the main types of coffee in the world? Hi everyone , in the last video, I took a 12-hour overnight bus from Da Nang in central Vietnam, covering over 500 kilometers to the Central Highlands of Vietnam. This is a major agricultural center in Vietnam. Buon Me Thuot, the coffee capital of Vietnam, is located here. It’s a city that no tourists or bloggers visit. This lack of attention, coupled with its status as a coffee capital, has piqued my curiosity. In episode 50 of Ashu’s Adventures in Vietnam , join me in this unpopular little town in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Hello, I live in this building. How do you speak Chinese? Because I speak Chinese. Why? Because I worked in Taiwan. You worked in Taiwan , right? How many years did you work in Taiwan ? About four years . I returned to Buon Me Thuot, Vietnam, in 2019, six years ago . What was I doing in Taiwan back then? I was dyeing fabric (I didn’t quite understand). Why did I return to Vietnam? I got married . Yes, I heard this is Vietnam’s coffee capital, so I came to visit. Oh, the coffee in Vietnam is great, very good. Yes, I haven’t spoken Chinese in a long time, so I’ve forgotten a lot of it. Hahaha, there are not many tourists here. I’m thinking of going to Taiwan to work after this year (I guess). I want to go to Taiwan after the Chinese New Year . Right ? Do you earn more in Taiwan? It ‘s easy to make money in Taiwan and buy tickets. That’s right. I withdrew another 3 million Vietnamese dong (about 125 US dollars). In Buon Ma Thuot, the guy said it was neither cold nor hot . Bye , the weather was very good. The weather is very good in Buon Ma Thuot and Da Lat in Vietnam. These two places belong to the plateau and are Vietnam’s summer resorts. A few days ago, the hotel owner in Da Nang knew that I was going to Buon Ma Thuot. He was puzzled and asked why I went to this place. This place has no tourist resources and no attractions. In fact, when I came to Buon Ma Thuot, I basically didn’t see any tourists. And if there is any attraction here, it is the one behind me called Vietnam. It is the only national coffee museum in the whole country of Vietnam. Its English name is Vietnam World Coffee. You can buy tickets for Vietnam World Coffee Museum here. Check out the ticket price. This is a single ticket for tourists, which is 150,000 Vietnamese dong , about 45 (about 6.3 US dollars). If you are a local of the province where Buon Ma Thuot is located, it only costs 90,000 Vietnamese dong, about 27 (about 4 US dollars). I didn’t expect the ticket price to be so cheap. It ‘s just a museum and the admission fee is 45 yuan (6.3 US dollars). I remember when I participated in the My Son Sanctuary, a world heritage site in Vietnam , the ticket there was only 150,000 Vietnamese dong (6 US dollars). Its opening hours are from 7 am to 5 pm every day. Okay, thank you, yeah, uh, let’s try the coffee here in Vietnam’s only national coffee museum . Milk coffee, thank you , only one, okay, it’s 100 percent robusta Add ice cubes to your coffee. Okay, add some water first , then ice cubes . Vietnam is the second largest coffee producer in the world , with its coffee exports accounting for 17% of the world’s total , second only to Brazil’s 35% . In Buon Me Thuot , in the entire country, the main coffee variety grown is Robusta . One of its characteristics is its strong flavor, strong bitterness, and high caffeine content, which is suitable for making Vietnamese drip coffee. This is the iced milk coffee . It is 100% Robusta . Maybe a little more boiling water was added, so it is not very bitter and the coffee flavor is slightly lighter. In Buon Me Thuot, coffee culture has been integrated into the entire city. In this city, coffee is not only a drink but also a belief. Every two years, the Buon Me Thuot Coffee Festival is held here . At that time, baristas and various coffee industry experts from all over Vietnam and even the world will gather in Buon Me Thuot to exchange cultural ideas related to coffee. This is the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Vietnam accounts for about 80% of Vietnam’s coffee production, with Buon Me being the most important production area. Here are some of the world’s major coffee-growing areas. Take Vietnam in Southeast Asia for example. There are two main coffee varieties in global coffee cultivation . One is Robusta, the main coffee variety grown in Vietnam. The other is Arabica , which is used for specialty coffee , while Arabica is used for instant coffee. There are two main methods for harvesting coffee : manual harvesting and mechanical harvesting. In most countries, manual harvesting is still the primary method of harvesting. Farmers harvest cherries that are 90% to 95% ripe, thus maintaining the high quality of the coffee. This coffee mill dates back to 1890, and these are coffee machines for roasting coffee. Roasting coffee may seem like an easy job, but it’s actually an art form. You can see this is a coffee grinder with over 100 years of history. It grinds coffee into powder . It’s made of metal and was manufactured in France in 1890. This is a different color for roasting coffee. Many of these devices have a history of over a hundred years. Are these some of the global coffee brands? These machines are like Colombia . This is a coffee grinder. It introduces how this coffee grinder was introduced from Europe. Here’s an introduction to the history of coffee. Here’s an introduction to how coffee was introduced to Europe in 1500 AD. Coffee grinders didn’t appear until 1680. People usually use ground coffee. Why grind coffee? The reason is to increase the surface contact area of the coffee beans and make the flavor extraction process smoother. If the coffee is ground into powder, the area in contact with water is increased. This allows their flavor to be released into the water faster, and the ground coffee can therefore better retain its flavor and taste. Therefore, if you want to drink a delicious cup of coffee, the process of grinding coffee into beans is simply an art. Currently, coffee is grown in more than 70 countries in the world, of which more than 50 countries export coffee, such as Brazil, Vietnam, Colombia , Ethiopia , and Indonesia. Coffee grown in the fertile soil of the highland tropical climate is the most delicious crop. This introduces the history of coffee in various countries. For example, Japan ‘s coffee was introduced to Japan by Portuguese and Dutch merchants through merchant ships in the 16th and 17th centuries. It can be said that it is available on all five continents. The history of coffee cultivation is quite similar. In Europe, coffee began to become popular around the world in the 17th and 18th centuries. Vietnamese coffee first appeared in 1857 and continued until 1890. Coffee was promoted and cultivated until the early 20th century. It quickly became a very popular consumer product in cities and suburbs . This is a restoration of the scene of Vietnamese people drinking coffee . The flavor of instant coffee is quite strong. In addition to displaying some coffee-related equipment, here are also displays related to tea making. This is a tea set from 1790. These are relatively early coffee grinders. It is manual, just grinding like this. Please take off your You can also sit and experience this whole rough museum. These are Vietnamese coffee brands from different eras. Some of them have been highly praised by Michelin. This is the history of global coffee development. Coffee first appeared in the Middle East. It was discovered more than 3,600 years BC. In 575 AD, coffee was discovered and used by some tribes in Ethiopia . A coffee screening machine originated in Germany , and this is a coffee bean grinder. It started in 1930. This is also a coffee bean sorting machine . After the coffee is collected, the coffee beans need to be well processed to prevent mold and loss of quality. There are two ways to maintain its quality . One is dry processing, which is to put the coffee in a relatively dry place. The cup of coffee we just drank was Robusta, because the main coffee variety in Vietnam is Robusta , and its proportion should reach 70 to 80%. The remaining 10% to 20% is Arabica. Because Arabica prefers to grow in high-altitude areas, and Robusta It grows at a medium altitude of 400 to 800 meters. These are different coffee beans, including Arabica and Robusta. This is Robusta, and this is Arabica. The main varieties of coffee in the world include Robusta and Arabica. Behind me are some coffee grinders that are more than 100 years old. The old ones were all manually ground by shaking the turntable. This one doesn’t have a handle, it’s just by turning the wheel. Here is a row of coffee grinders from different eras. I think it is not only practical, but also good as a collection. It is also quite beautiful. Put the coffee beans in it and shake it to grind the beans. This is another different coffee grinder. The texture and sound of each grinder are different . This one has no sound. These seem to be containers for storing roasted coffee. More than 100 years ago, coffee beans were roasted with coal. The coffee beans are put into this and kept rolling. I have never seen a coffee tree. It should look like this in Buon Ma Thuot. There are not many things to take pictures of . Buon Ma Thuot Destination of the World Coffee . Open Google Maps and you’ll see coffee shops everywhere . The guy who just gave me a ride on a motorcycle worked in Taiwan for four years before returning to Vietnam to get married . He wants to go back to Taiwan because he says it’s easy to make money there. He earned NT$30,000 (US$930-940) a month back in Taiwan , but returned to Vietnam and only made NT$500,000 (US$20) a day driving a motorcycle, which works out to about US$500-600 a month. This is a place in Buon Ma Thuot that looks like a central hospital. It seems unpopular . There’s a billiard hall with billiard players. How much one I didn’t expect that Buon Me Thuot, a small city, would have such billiard and billiard companion services. For example, one hour on a billiard table costs 80,000 Vietnamese dong (about 3.2 US dollars), which includes the cost of the billiard babe playing with you. It’s quite affordable. The vehicles here are mainly Japanese and Korean vehicles, wow, American cars , and there are quite a few Mercedes-Benz and BMW. You see, there’s a pink Mercedes-Benz in front. This is Buon Me Thuot , a garden in the city center. Wow, this wolfhound is not a little scared. There are rabbits being fed over there. Brothers Mo, please rest here . Hello , about a month ago, I looked up some information on Vietnam’s industries and found that Vietnam’s industries are not that rich . Relying on some things, such as ready-made clothes, we manufacture some ready-made clothes, shoes and hats for some big brands . This is very important. Another one is Samsung. That’s why I often go to many places and people ask me if I am Korean . It ‘s because there are many Koreans here. So Samsung has built some factories in many places in Vietnam, such as Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Bac Ninh. In addition to the ready-made clothes, shoes and hats factories mentioned above, there are also electronics , such as Samsung and other foreign trade companies. Its agriculture accounts for a large proportion of Vietnam’s GDP. One of the main agricultural products is coffee, especially the coffee in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Okay, this is this cafe. This coffee shop It seems quite professional in the field of coffee. Has anyone seen a coffee shop with sacks of coffee beans and ground coffee powder , and some of its honors on it? The coffee shop also sells coffee beans from Colombia, Kenya , and Ethiopia. The price of 100 grams ranges from 160,000 to 210,000 Vietnamese dong (about 6.5-8 US dollars per 100 grams). Nowadays, coffee in Vietnam is served with a glass of ice water. Here there are ice cubes , coffee , and milk. Wow , it tastes good, sweet but not too sweet , very refreshing. When we drink coffee in Vietnam, we usually drink a glass of ice water because the coffee consumed in Vietnam is mainly Robusta. It has a strong caramel or smoky flavor, so after drinking coffee, rinse your mouth with a glass of water to cleanse your taste buds. This coffee shop has a sign saying “Ha, in Buon Ma Thuot”. Coffee culture has been integrated into this land of the Indochina Plateau. The coffee flavor here combines the flavors of the nature, the mountains, the sunshine, and the breeze. Baoyi’s kindergarten is closed today, Sunday, and is called the International Kindergarten. School International Kindergarten School. A Grab driver sat on a stone bench, looking exhausted. In China , there are a large number of real estate developers who build a large number of buildings. In Vietnam, I understand that it is even more difficult for most residents to own their own homes because they first have to buy land, which costs a lot of money , and then build buildings , which also costs a lot of money. I don’t know if I’m right. Are there any Vietnamese audience members who can introduce this street and alley? There are small coffee shops of various sizes with different decorations everywhere. This seems to be a church . These residential areas are quite quiet and there are relatively few vehicles. Is it because it’s lunchtime ? Most houses in the residential areas have a yard with cars parked . I often see middle-aged and elderly people riding bicycles. In this area, many families with cars say that Vietnamese girls riding motorcycles wear long clothes and long sleeves. They take them off when they get to work. Dessert shop. Now I’m walking to a place called Coffee Village. Coffee Village seems to be a tourist attraction , but it doesn’t seem to be one. There’s not much to visit here, so I’m going to take a look . (Vietnamese: Closed?) I thought I couldn’t eat here anymore. The barbecue was quite appetizing. That one was a grilled pork chop, yes. And an egg, yes. And these were all free. This one looked like bitter melon soup with cilantro. This one was barbecued stuffed with tofu. I don’t know how much it cost. I paid what he charged me. This is the dipping sauce . It’s the first time I’ve encountered something like this . They had a cup of vegetable soup and a cup of iced tea. These were free, right? Because I didn’t order any of this, they brought it to me . This is his barbecue. It’s 2:30 in the afternoon now , and I’m not hungry because I just had two cups of coffee. I often drink coffee on an empty stomach. I later learned about the saying “coffee drunkenness” (palpitations, dizziness, even fainting). It might be because I felt my heart racing several times in Vietnam and fainted the next second . Thank you for leaving a message to tell my viewers. This chili water doesn’t seem to be sour or sweet, maybe it enhances the flavor of the barbecue. This stuffed tofu and this barbecue are also worth trying. This bitter melon soup is a bit bitter, but it’s very solid . This is not just bitter melon, it’s stuffed bitter melon with meat , vermicelli, minced meat, black fungus, and vermicelli. This is the first time I’ve had a soup like this. It would be quite refreshing in the summer. This vegetable, cucumber, is eaten raw . Most of them are … Yeah, sure. The older sister wanted to give me a spoon , but I said I didn’t need it. It’s brought. I just finished eating this stuffed tofu , which is sweet. The pickled vegetables here are quite delicious and especially refreshing. Finally, I had a sip of iced tea. The meal just now was 50,000 Vietnamese dong , which is about 15 yuan (about 2.1 US dollars). I think it’s okay. The prices are not expensive. There are so many people waiting in a small clinic . This must be one of the four major banks in Vietnam. I suddenly realized that there are very few massage shops on the streets here. It’s completely different from tourist cities like Hanoi and Da Nang in China . This is the process of making spring rolls and barbecue. I will put them on the oven later . When they’re cooked, they’re used to wrap spring rolls. This supermarket also sells baguettes. A pineapple costs 25,000 Vietnamese dong (about 1 US dollar). This fruit platter with pepper and salt is also 25,000 Vietnamese dong (about 1 US dollar). This is very affordable. A bag of pepper and salt is only 10,000 Vietnamese dong (about 0.4 US dollars). This fruit platter is 25,000 Vietnamese dong (about 1 US dollar) with four kinds of fruits . The wax apple is quite large , 34,000 Vietnamese dong (about 1.4 US dollars). It ‘s about 10 yuan (about 1.4 US dollars). This one is 120,000 yuan (about 5 US dollars per 1000 grams) . Two cucumbers are 11,000 yuan (about 0.5 US dollars). 16,000 Vietnamese dong (about 0.7 US dollars). A pack of 10 eggs is about 14 yuan (about 2 US dollars). This bag of bread is about 14 yuan (about 2 US dollars). These are various barbecue powders. They are very affordable. They are less than 9 yuan per box. A haircut costs 30,000 Vietnamese dong, about 9 yuan (about 1.2 US dollars). Small pharmacy. Now I find it a challenge to find a bathroom. This durian is quite affordable. 50,000 Vietnamese dong per kilogram , which is 2.1 US dollars for 1,000 grams. I don’t know where this place is . I want to use the bathroom . Does this count as trespassing? It looks like a public service place, so I’ll go in and look for the bathroom first. This seems to be a confinement center or a hospital . The staff is very nice and said with a smile, “ You can use it.” Come on, yeah, thank you, hey oh, let’s see how much it is. I used to work in a fruit company, so I ate a lot of durian. But I don’t think I’ve ever bought a durian since I was a child , and I don’t like sweet food that much. But this one is quite affordable, about 70,000 Vietnamese dong (3 US dollars) for one. I bought one to try, and he said that the big one was not as delicious as the small one. I guess it should have three rooms. Anyway, no matter how much he gets from opening it, he will make a profit, because this would cost at least 70 or 80 yuan in China. At least it seems that he doesn’t know how to open it yet . He doesn’t know how to do this business yet. These two rooms are relatively large , and the other two are very small. Ha , he seems to have 5 rooms, and there is another room inside. Wow, there is another big room. This room is the biggest and fullest. Haha, not good, wow, not good, oh, so good, hahaha, this I just accidentally touched the thorn of a durian and it started bleeding immediately . I spent 20 RMB (about 3 USD) to buy a four-bedroom durian. Two of the beds are very small, and two are quite large. My home is in Guangxi, which is also in the subtropics, but I didn’t know there were durians when I was a child . I think I didn’t see this thing until I was in my 20s. Across from me is the largest telecommunications operator in Vietnam, called VITAL. I use its mobile phone, and it says DAKLAK below. This is Dak Lak Province , and Ba Me is the capital of Dak Lak Province . In fact, if you look at it from an aerial photo, Buon Ma Thuot is the size of a small county town in China . This is the elementary school students being picked up by their parents after school . It turns out that Vietnam is the same as China. Elementary school students also need to be picked up by their parents after school. There are quite a lot of people selling lottery tickets on the streets of Vietnam. Sometimes they will actively find you to sell. A woman on the street talked to me (I didn’t understand) okay okay okay hahaha okay bye bye bye Okay, this is the first time I’ve encountered this situation. The Vietnamese lady took the initiative to talk to me. She pointed at the box and asked what was inside . There are quite a lot of billiard shops here. The pictures used are the same as those of billiard halls in China. I saw this picture in no less than 10 billiard halls. I walked about two kilometers and should be almost at the coffee village. I don’t know what it looks like. There is a big name called Coffee Village on the map . Thank you for watching, like, subscribe and recommend. See you next time.
