Good morning! I’m packing for my long-awaited one-day bread trip. I want both hands free, but a backpack makes my back hot, so I’ve switched to a crossbody bag. I’ve also packed my bread supplies in a gusseted insulated bag , and salted candy to prevent heatstroke. I transferred at Ochanomizu and enjoyed the beautiful morning sun . The Chiyoda Line platform at Shin-Ochanomizu was fun . I was looking for my birthday month while waiting for the train. It was just after 6:30, so it wasn’t too hot. I was curious about Hawaii Street… I got off at the Omotemon bus stop, passing the cute, retro old police box and the cherry blossom-lined street, and walked for six minutes at a brisk pace . I arrived safely! There was a line! Five minutes before the 7:00 opening, there were already nearly 20 customers. I was excited to see how popular this place is… It’s a cute little hut-like shop . Real grapes! There were two helpful signs in front of the shop . Next! Exciting… As soon as I entered, I was greeted by delicious-looking butter, spreads, and baked goods. The small shop was packed with customers, so I took my time making my selections and slowly made my way through. The bagels were plump and delicious. From here on, the area where the staff would serve me the food looked delicious, but… what should I do? My eye was drawn to the cake-like Danish, but there were also a variety of salty and hard breads . I decided to buy some today! It was a wonderland… this is truly a bread lover’s paradise! It was 7:30! I was hungry! I took the bus to the park to eat breakfast bread. This park, which opens at 7:00 during the summer holidays, looks quite large and exciting…! It’s an urban park that respects nature, making use of the ancient natural environment of wetlands and forests with a gentle breeze . The vast grounds, the size of 11 Tokyo Domes, feature free playground equipment, a plaza, a pond, and fields, making it a spectacular sight. Apparently, fog appears after 10:00! I wonder where I should eat breakfast bread… I found a shady bench overlooking the wetlands! Let’s have that one – which one should I get… All the bread is still slightly warm…! It’s freshly baked! I’ll have the croissant that was brought out. I’m starving, so I’ll have the other one. It’s still warm! I’ll have a picture-perfect croissant ! Wow! It’s thin and fluffy, so delicious… crispy on the outside and light in the middle… it’s the best. A freshly baked croissant in nature, blown by the cool morning breeze… It’s already delicious, but this is 100 times more delicious! I’ll try this one too . It’s squishy…!! Round, soft, and so cute, with plenty of cream cheese! And bacon!! Wow!!! Delicious! This is my favorite bread!! The soft and moist dough was filled with cream cheese and a touch of bacon zopf. The dough was simply delicious . The delicious bread, the view, and the morning tranquility… it was the perfect breakfast. Once the freshly baked bread had cooled down, we put it in an insulated bag to prevent it from getting crushed. Along the way, we played with any play equipment we could find. Let’s do this too! It didn’t make much noise…lol. To get to the next bakery, we took the train and walked. On the way, we bought our second bottle of water of the day and headed to the station… The retro bowling alley visible from the platform was cute . The train looked brand new and beautiful. The Kamagaya Daibutsu Buddha was small and cute. What’s with that design on the second floor? It was a 20-minute walk to the bakery, a 1.4km walk. There were lots of retro buildings, so it was fun to walk. When we saw the Tobu Store, it was right in front of us, and there was no line! Oh! A millstone grinding wheat! We arrived just after 9:30, and the store was packed with bread! They all look delicious, and it’s hard to decide… I’ll introduce the bread I bought properly after I get home. Since I was there , I went to the cafe next door. It seems you can choose the milk for your latte and the beans for your coffee. There’s a locker for picking up your bread online! I tried the Yatsugatake Jersey milk, which is amazing! The milk is sweet and delicious. Wow, this iced latte is so good… I took a leisurely walk to the next bus stop. I found a park, but there was no shade… In search of shade, I headed to the next park. The bus stop was closer than I thought, and I had time, so I sat down for a bit to rest. The breeze was cool and refreshing. I felt much better, so I headed to the bus stop. There’s a bus once an hour, and the coolness was refreshing… The next shop was about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. I was interested in the factory shop, but it was closed on weekends… Um, which one? Either way, I’ll go through the park… It should be just a little bit more! We arrived! You get free coffee when you buy bread. Today’s lunch was croquettes . The complimentary coffee and barley tea. It was really humid that day, and even though it was cloudy, I was sweating… I can’t resist croquettes… They were freshly fried and crispy! Hot and delicious! Delicious!! A delicious croquette with meat inside! Melon bread! Wow! Wow! The bread is so fluffy… my mouth is covered in cookie dough lol Ah, delicious, one more bite! Mmm, I really love melon bread. Can you tell how fluffy and chewy it is…? The cookie dough is just sweet and goes perfectly with coffee. There were a constant stream of customers! It’s a popular shop! It was a great lunch! The direct sales store was sold out for the day. We went to the roadside station across from Peter Pan. The store was larger than expected , with lots of seafood, seasonings, and peanut products! Wow, it looks delicious ! There are so many Cheeba-kuns!! The peanut candy section has a variety of flavors. It’s a little small, but I thought I might as well buy some since I’m here . I couldn’t help but order peanut gelato and enjoy it on the bench outside. It was so rich and sticky! So delicious! The rich peanut gelato is filled with fragrant peanut chunks and is delicious! My summer walking bread trip and ice cream break was amazing! Speaking of which, I got to try some after paying! I wonder what it was, I’ll take it home carefully. I’ve still got a lot to walk, and I bought something so heavy lol. I was worried the bread would get crushed, so I held the pear in my hand as I walked (which later led to a tragedy…). There was a pear orchard on the side of the road! I arrived at the station! I walked for 20 minutes! I had a third bottle of water , took the train to another store, and there was so much bread!! It was a bright and cute shop! The bakery I went to today was recommended to me in a live stream. I was also recommended bread from Chiba, but because I live alone and I’m not strong enough, I decided to go home early and enjoy the bread at home. Listen… I was watching Funassyi in Funabashi, and I realized… I don’t have the pear I bought earlier … It’s probably because of the chair on the platform at Kamagaya Station… I don’t have the energy to go back and get it… But it’s frustrating not having the pear… It was the season for Kosui pears at the time. I’ll buy some pears in Funabashi. I’ll wrap up my Chiba trip with a coffee shop I’ve been interested in. Apparently today’s cold brew is Colombian. I feel so rejuvenated… My posture is so bad when I lean against the wall because of the position of my chair. Sorry. I ‘m exhausted from all the walking this morning, but the thought of all the bread beside me… makes me grin. Normally, I’d rent a car for this trip, but this bread tour gave me a wake-up call for my lack of exercise. After that, I’ll hop on the train home, shower, and enjoy a nighttime bread fest! It was a delicious, refreshing summer coffee! I’m back! The bread is crammed in, so I need to get it out of the bag quickly… Since I rarely visit this shop, I bought it with the assumption that it’ll be delicious, so I won’t regret it. After a shower, I feel refreshed! This pack is great for a day out in the sun. I also have bread, but I wanted some fresh vegetables, so I bought a salad to add a touch of luxury. It ‘s kale salad . I love the bittersweet flavor I tend to buy when I have it. Looks delicious! I bought some reasonably priced carrot rapée from the supermarket, and I love the raisins in carrot rapée! Preparing the bread! (There’s so many varieties, it’s bubbling!) Such a wonderful nighttime bread while it’s still light out…!! I tried cutting up baguettes, bagels, pretzels, and other items that aren’t just for weekday breakfasts . Let’s eat !!! Vegetables first! As expected, I’d only been eating bread and croquettes, so I was craving vegetables. This kale salad was incredibly delicious. The chewy kale and crunchy quinoa with the perfect anchovy dressing were amazing. When you’re out in the sun and sweating a lot, you crave fresh food, right? After eating loads of vegetables, I’m all set for the bread fest! And finally… a delicious crispy one from the much-anticipated bakery Heidi’s Crescent ! It has a slight saltiness, and a fun crunch. It’s fun to eat at different places, and the textures are different. Also from Heidi, this salted bread is on the chewy side? Wow! I think I like this one better! The perfect combination of saltiness and moist, chewy texture. The Crescent is a light, crispy snack-like bread, while the Salt Bread is chewy and juicy, filling bread with salad. Oh, I can’t decide which one to choose…I’m so happy… I’ll try the cinnamon roll . Oh, the moist bread part is surprisingly not sweet, and when you eat it with cinnamon cream cheese it suddenly turns into a rich cinnamon roll. Delicious . Salty, then sweet, then salty. What’s more, it’s a bread with chestnuts and chicken. I’m excited to see what it’s like… This bread! It’s surprisingly delicious!!! I take another bite to understand. The dough is a little hard, with a hint of sourness , and it’s delicious. The chestnuts and chicken go together perfectly… I say I love sour bread. This one is also absolutely delicious. I don’t know what I’m saying, but…it was delicious. I really like this firm brown dough from Zopp. Next time I’ll try Ninopan. The texture is chewy! Oh! Delicious! I ‘m happy that the ingredients are all the way to the very edge. The shop owner said this bread is delicious and he loves it. Oh, it’s hard! It’s delicious from the first bite! I love this! The firm French bread is filled with sweet, fluffy red beans, and the coarse salt on top makes this an irresistible sweet bread. Give it a try ! It’s definitely delicious…lol. Maple melon bread can sometimes be sticky or too sweet, but this one is full of maple, not sticky, and fluffy. The sweetness is just right, and the fragrant cookie dough is just right. I can’t stop munching on it, it’s dangerous! And these are mini cinnamon rolls . Hehe, what a light and crispy snack! Have I eaten it all…? I forgot about the anpan ! This anpan is delicious! The dough is moist, and the anpan is brimming with bean paste. I wonder if I’ve finally eaten it all…? (This is a luxurious check I can make because I bought a lot of bread.) I haven’t tried the garlic French bread yet!! This is a fairly light French bread , and it’s got a strong garlic flavor! It was sooooooooo delicious!! As a garlic lover, this is the best. This is the food that made me feel the most garlic in recent times. Perhaps it’s the power of spring harvesting…? On my usual bread trips, I go home after dinner, so the bread festival takes place the next morning (oh, Ninopan and Zopp’s breads are really filled with ingredients all the way to the very edge, but they’re still vinegared, amazing, aren’t they?) , but the freshness and deliciousness of the bread on the day of the bread festival is unbelievable. After walking a lot on a bread trip, my feet are just so sore… I summoned my roller and Refa. If I’m going to watch YouTube anyway, I might as well use a roller while watching. I also rubbed them with Refa’s kassa… This makes the next morning a lot easier . By the way, this roller is designed to keep hair tangle-free, so it’s also recommended for your head. Good morning . I wrap up the breads for my weekday happy morning and put them in the freezer. This POP might be my favorite thing about this trip lol @It’s actually triple.” The happiness of having special bread saved for workday mornings… I often freeze simple or hard breads for breakfast, so I’ll try freezing these as well to save them. I tried re-baking Crescent later, and it was 100 times more delicious than eating it without re-baking! The long-awaited Zopp baguette is finally here ! It ‘s quite long! Oooooh, so crunchy! I sliced ​​the amount I’ll eat this morning into thin slices… and then cut the rest into versatile thicknesses and put them in the freezer! Now, I’m preparing breakfast. I’m so excited for the peanut cream butter! Ah, the smell of peanuts! I generally like Skippy’s blue chunks, but sometimes I crave the creamy type, and the edges too! I ate so much bread yesterday, but I’m going to eat bread again today! Today’s breakfast and lunch meal, of course , and coffee , and I put butter on the edge of the baguette . Wow, it’s the second day of the amazing bread festival ! Let’s eat! The baguette was firm and had a nice wheat flavor when I chewed it, and it was absolutely delicious! This peanut cream butter was surprisingly not sweet at all, and was really tasty…! I really love the sweetness of the peanuts themselves, and the baguette with butter is guaranteed to be delicious. I’ve been eating a lot of baguettes that are crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle lately, so this hard texture is really fun to eat. Relaxing and watching YouTube while eating bread like this is the perfect reward for myself for working hard during the week. My weekday meals are simple and I don’t eat too much, so it’s fun to be able to eat a variety of different things, and it’s really fun to expand my dictionary of bakeries and breads. Usually I go far away and the bread festival is the next day, but on a local bread trip I can enjoy bread on the day, which is great as it ‘s allowed me to discover a new style of bread trip! 念願の！千葉パン旅へ行ってきました🥐
ライブ配信で教えていただいた千葉のお店がたくさんあったので全部回るつもりでいたのですが…千葉と言っても広いんだ、とこの度学びまして、まずは一日で回り切れる4店舗を巡ってきました。
いつかは行きたかったZopfからスタートして、みなさんイチオシのハイジ、定番かな？のピーターパン、そしてninopan。千葉グルメも少しだけ🥜
今回はせっかく行くから悔いなく買う！をモットーにたくさん買ってきました。もちろん半分以上は冷凍保存ですが、当日いただくパンのおいしさは格別でした。

夏はパンがあまり売れない、なんて聞きますが、
いい汗かいてよりパンがおいしかったので、私は暑さに負けずに積極的にパン屋さんを巡って行きたいな、と思いました🌻🥯
