下仁田ジオパーク探索 根なし山 褶曲 地窓 逆転層 生痕
街中を中央構造線が走る下仁田町は、町全体が日本ジオパークです。今回、ジオサイトを幾つか巡りました。遠方から動いてやってきた幾つもの山（跡倉クリッペ）、クリッペの滑り面、大桑原の褶曲、そして宮室の逆転層です。上下の地層が天地返し、ひっくり返った宮室の逆転層にはびっくりします。逆転した地層の上面には、太古の昔、生物が這いまわった後がのこされています（生痕）。どうぞお楽しみください。
Shimonita Town, where the Median Tectonic Line runs through the town, is a Japanese Geopark. This time, I visited several geosites.
The sites I visited are 1) Atokura Klippe (several mountains that have moved from far away), 2) the sliding surface of the klippe, 3) the Okuwabara fold, and 4) Overturned strata at Miyamuro.
It is surprising to see the overturned strata at Miyamuro, where the upper and lower strata are turned upside down. On the top surface of the overturned strata, traces of creatures crawling around in ancient times remain (traces of life). Please enjoy watching the video.
