Have you heard of Arifuku Onsen? It’s a mountainous hot spring town located in the center of Shimane Prefecture, in the city of Gotsu. Its history is very old, dating back approximately 1,370 years. The small town of Arifuku Onsen is surrounded by high mountains. It has an atmosphere reminiscent of about 50 years ago. As the sun began to set, the atmosphere changed. It feels like gradually immersing oneself in a different world, as if traveling back 1,000 years. A hot spring village that leaves a deep impression. Japan is so wonderful. It stimulated every sense in my body. A unique experience exclusive to this hot spring This is more than just a stay—it’s an otherworldly experience. I’ll introduce some of them to you. Now, let’s have breakfast. I want to go to Onomichi again. You can easily get to Arifuku Onsen by expressway. If you exit at the Hamada Higashi Interchange on the San’in Expressway, you’ll arrive in 10 minutes by car. Nearby is Miyata Onsen, which has been rated as having the best water quality in Japan. Arifuku Onsen is also an alkaline simple hot spring. It is actually known as the “beauty hot spring.” It is similar to “Ikaho Onsen” in Gunma Prefecture. There are ryokan inns on the mountainside, and the stone steps are intricately arranged. The scenery is also wonderful. There were three public bathhouses. Each has its own unique features, and we will introduce all of them this time. Enjoy! There was a parking lot for the public baths and another for the ryokan. It’s not cramped at all. First, let’s enjoy one of the three public bathhouses, Yayoi-yu. What a beautiful appearance. Let’s go inside. I am already satisfied. I enter Satsuki-yu with wet hair. The view is also wonderful. I park my car in the ryokan’s private parking lot. I check in at the ryokan for tonight. The inn is located at the highest point. “Yoshidaya” Established 300 years ago Features its own natural hot spring A place to enjoy a special time. Our recommended inn Dinner at the restaurant “Yufuku Bianco” in the town center The dishes made with fresh fish and vegetables from Hamada and Yufuku were amazing Delicious The spacious restaurant provided a satisfying dinner. It has grown completely dark. From this time onward, we entered the mythical world where gods and demons come to life. The demons have appeared. The costumes cost 3 million yen. We are not professionals. We practice while working. We hold it every week. Children are also present. Until they become adults, they participate in various activities. Children’s kagura. Today, third-grade elementary school students and first-grade junior high school students will showcase the results of their daily practice. 夜は神々や鬼たちが躍動する神話の世界。
　膝が当たるほど近い位置で観覧する迫真の舞、石見神楽は別の世界に踏み込んだよう。
朝は鳥の囀りしか聞こえない心落ち着く場所。
　３つの外湯、さらに宿の温泉も全て堪能します。
