It was so early in the morning that the Ekiben flag was out, so I thought they weren’t selling it, but I found a “Beef Domanchu” bento that looked okay! After buying the GET Ekiben for today’s lunch, I went to the 24-hour supermarket in front of the station.I didn’t bring much food with me this time, so I bought it here and then headed to the same place I went to last spring.Let me put it there for a moment.The cherry blossoms are in full bloom right now ! Last year when I went camping it was just at the end of the season, but this year it’s in full bloom! Everyone is going home to their camping friends today, so I’m going solo today. I probably should dilute it, but I want to eat it tonight, so I’ll just pickle it as is.The rice I inherited from a friend is Yamagata’s rice “Tsuyahime” , which I’m grateful to be able to use.For some reason , I put water in a shella cup, but in the end, I didn’t measure the amount of rice, so I used the eye amount of water. LOL I cut the onions, remove the remaining skin from the taro, and fry the onions in sesame oil.The taro doesn’t cook at all.I don’t want to add the taro, so I changed my strategy.I put the skinned taro and put it in a pot of boiling water.Here , I put corned beef (corned meat). However, I actually wanted to make this with the Nitto Best brand corned beef produced by Nitto Best in Yamagata , but I couldn’t find it at the supermarket… I added half of it… I added a little more, or ended up adding about two-thirds of it . “Aji Marjuu” is made with the image of meat and potatoes. Lower the heat and let it simmer properly. And as expected from Yamagata, this place is called Imoni Hiroba. There are bonfire pits all over the place where you can make an open fire . LOL I’ll warm it up with some retort-packed curry that I’ve never had before.My friends decided to take me to Nitto’s Best restaurant, which opened in April, so I’ll include it in the next video! Looking forward to it , the cooked rice looks good. Isn’t there a lot of food ? Once the hamburger is completely warm, I drizzle it with curry , put cheese on it, and put it on top of an egg, but somehow I forgot to sprinkle it with breadcrumbs (think grilled curry) and grill it.It’s delicious!
