明治末期、難病治癒のためにこの滝に打たれながら祈願した女行者が実在した事から命名されました。
2.北海道西興部村 鹿牧場
約7ヘクタールの草地を高さ2～3メートルのフェンスで囲った公園へ来ると、エゾ鹿のかわいらしい群れが歓迎してくれます。
入場は無料で鹿のエサの販売とトイレもあるのでゆっくり楽しめます。
1. Gyōja Falls – Nishiokoppe Village, Hokkaido
Gyōja Falls was named after a female ascetic who, at the end of the Meiji era, prayed for the cure of a serious illness while standing under the waterfall.
2. Deer Farm – Nishiokoppe Village, Hokkaido
At the Deer Farm, visitors are welcomed by adorable herds of Ezo deer inside a park surrounded by 2–3 meter-high fences over an area of about 7 hectares.
Admission is free, and deer feed is available for purchase. Restroom facilities are also provided, allowing visitors to take their time and enjoy the experience.
