This hotel was one of the most popular options near Shiretoko. I stayed here after a bus tour, which was very convenient. Generally, the night stay is quite reasonable, but since I visited during Golden Week, the price was extremely high. There’s also free ice cream after check-in from Peter Beier, a small café near the entrance of the hotel. I really enjoyed the 24-hour lounge, which is open to all hotel guests and serves a variety of snacks and drinks. I’ll definitely be back for winter, as I really want to try the Shiretoko winter walk.
