  2. Kintetsu's Raku is a train exclusively for chartered tours, so there is no limited express fare and it is not an limited express train…
    It's an easy mistake to make, but that's exactly what it is.
    Also, Kintetsu calls its double-decker express trains Vista Cars, so the train at 2:04 is a new build, not a modified Vista Car. The current carriages are refurbished cars.
    I really enjoyed watching the video itself.
