I like that he cooks the eggs and rice at the same time. It seems that way make the dish more flavorful. In other videos, they cook the eggs then add the rice. I would rather eat this fried rice because it looks so good and I'll bet it tastes better.
This video bothered me, and I usually find them relaxing. The cook that handled the hamburgers floured them one by one before putting eat on the grill, and then she flipped them out of order, which resulted in some being barely browned, and some almost being burned.

ネパールのシャルマさんの味。

金沢にはシャルマ店名のお店も存在して紛らわしいですが。
私の中での本物は名古屋のシャルマさんの作るマサラキーマカレーのスペシャル、２ホット、大盛り。
