道端の屋台アドベンチャー
In this video, I’ll be driving around to find homemade goods from roadside vendors around the island of Oahu. I appreciate these locals hustling hard to make a great product.

A great behind-the-scenes video. What it takes to make a video is persistence and lots of gas! Thanks for trying to find us these people and their specialties. Maybe next time. But an enjoyable video as well. Looking forward to what 2025 brings. Thanks again for all your hard work.

HAPPY NEW YEEAHHHHH‼️🤙🏽
🙂 WOW ! What a way to start the NEW YEAR indeed! So cool to see the Local Vendors and their goods 🙂 ENJOY and ALL the BEST Cheers : )
Thanks for sharing your roadside stops. I tend to see more vendors on weekends or about 10am, in the morning on week days. I heard there's a lot of people on the Big Island that sell our of their homes or on the road side
Omg Bruh! That is a SCORE! 🎉 Happy New Year Misty! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 Love the video!! Was super chill; I like that kine of video. Too bad about the smoked meat lol
Hope you had a good time last night we missed you on zoom. Anyway peace out! And aloha ahuihou!

Awesome! I think you may be one of the few food vloggers that have featured the smaller local vendors!
And that Aku looks sooo 0no!
Cannot get in Kentucky!😂
Love that you made it down to yokohama’s,
Nice to see!
All the sand gone though!😂
awesome idea for content. plz do more of these even though i know its tiring and hard to just drive around and look
Waikane store has the chicken and sushi
Happy New Year Misty! Aku is really an old-school fish these days. We grew up eating aku because it was cheaper and more plentiful than ahi way back then. It's become a rarity these days and quite expensive. Although it isn't as popular these days I think I enjoy good aku poke more than ahi. I guess a lot of times our taste buds enjoy the flavors that we grew up with.
Thanks for all of the tedious detective work. I can actually picture you talking to the flower guy. 😊
Awesome sista. Bless you for supporting locals. Aku looked awesome. Love the dried one. Happy New year. Debbie and I drink Noni. Just hold your nose. The flavored one is not as strong, but not as potent either. God bless you Sista, wish you and your family the best in 2025.
Buy Local 🤙🏽
👍Smash it👍
Thanks for trying the pastele guy. Usually see him cuz live in area. So since you gave the Ono👍🏼 Gonna try him out. Have you tried Heaven's Soul Food in the old Sears parking lot Pearlridge? Tried their side dishes 👍🏼 & oh my the peach cobbler w/ scoop ice cream winner🥰
Misty, I love these real local style road side stalls. Neva had otai, but I bet it was so refreshing and real natural ingredients. I looked for dried aku years ago, but no stores had it even in Waipahu. Good you dehydrated the aku, da bugga tasty!! Oh and you went way west to Kaena side. I miss the view out there. To think we lived there right across Farr. Hwy so close to the beach…little did we know we would move away. How we took it for granted. so, thank you for going far out to Waianae side and showing the beach and mountains-(the give away you on leeward side.)
Awesome video as usual & you’re almost at 40 thousand what a trip! 😂 you deserve it good job 👍 🥰
Did you ever try the Popolo Boi huli-huli chicken in Pearl City? He’s right by the 7-11 on Kuala St. I’ve never tried it, but I heard it’s pretty good. Can’t miss him, just look for the Jamaican colors painted van.
Wait, the laulau truck is gone?! NO WAY, depends on the day you go, He's only there weekends, next to the Kaneohe hygenic store
I only can watch your show when I'm full…
Good to see Huli Huli chicken that actually hulis (some, they call it that but just barbequing 'um).
That Mahalo shirt is cool, BTW 😎
Great adventure no matter what! ❤
The Westside usually has people selling laulau's, plate lunch, huli huli chicken for lunch especially on weekends.
Dried fish, jerky and fresh fish in the afternoon for residents on the way home.
Happy New Year Misty 🤙
Love your content. there's not much random food on the west side anymore. Unless it's on a weekend, especially when it's really busy. Mahalo, for all that you do!
Oh man I used to sell my whole shibi or kawakawa cause after fishing I was too tired to do anything…lol.
Nice slab. Some people don't know how to cut it right to get nice sashimi cuts. I love the Kawa drinks on that side.
Hey, next time lmk, I get opihi in my freezer.
The Olives are my fav too. Mahalo for this introduction. I'm gonna hit him up.
Most of our people now sell on fb market.
My fav hike is Kaena. Used to take a lot of people.
Ewa has people sometimes.
Kalaeloa is gov so, that might be it.
I love the support cause they all start off like these pop ups. Mahalo my friend.
happy aloha friday!! 🤙🏾
That area between the Hygenic store and Ahuimanu is no longer legal for vendors, there are signs out now… bummers, as I used to stop there all the time to buy from the vendors…
