川口神社おかめ市2024～埼玉県川口市

2024年12月15日鋳物の町埼玉県川口市の川口神社で開催された「おかめ市」に行ってきました。
一般的には「酉の市」と言いますが、この周辺では「おかめ市」と呼ばれます。あの感染症の影響で縮小開催が続いていましたが、今年はフルサイズ？での開催！JR川口駅から延々と数多くの屋台が続いて賑わっていました。
川口神社の境内では福や幸運をかき集める縁起物の「熊手」の売買でにぎわっておりました。
帰りに川口駅西口のイルミネーションも見てきました。
川口リリアは百人一首が題材のアニメ「ちはやふる」にも登場！またこのあたりは特撮の「トッキュウジャー」のロケも行われているようです。
さらに実写版「美少女戦士セーラームーン実写版」の地場衛（タキシード仮面）も近所に住んでいたようですね。

【Kawaguchi Shrine Okame Market 2024 – Kawaguchi, Saitama】
15 december 2024On 15 december 2024, the Okame-ichi was held at Kawaguchi Shrine in the foundry town of Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture.
It is generally called ‘rooster market’, but around here it is called ‘Okame-ichi’. Due to the infection, the event had been held on a reduced scale, but this year it was held at full size? The market was crowded with numerous stalls extending from JR Kawaguchi Station.
The precincts of Kawaguchi Shrine were crowded with people buying and selling ‘rakes’, a good-luck charm that brings good fortune and luck.
On the way home, I also saw the illumination at the west exit of Kawaguchi Station.
Kawaguchi Lilia was also featured in the anime Chihayafuru, which is based on the Hyakunin Isshu, the 100 poems of the Japanese poet Hyakunin Isshu! This area also seems to have been the location for the special effects film ‘Tokkyu Jar’.
Furthermore, Mamoru Jiba (Tuxedo Mask) from the live-action version of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon also seems to have lived in the neighbourhood.
