  1. I think you have been in Kamaishi before. I rembered the Plaza with the Miffy Cafe.
    Whern I saw the flooding mark on the building I thougt that we have the same in Europe. In cities by a river you can find these marks too on old buildings, they go back centuries. Two storeys is heavy.
