Hello! “Japanese Kitchen Tour”.
This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chefs’ techniques, and Japanese food.

This time, I would like to introduce the Chinese restaurant “Chuka Tonton” located in Kamishiki, Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture.
This is a popular restaurant in Japan today. It is a popular store that is flooded with media coverage including TV.
The owner, Honoka Ikeda, is currently an active university student.
She decided to take over the store because she didn’t want to lose the store that her grandfather left behind.
Her best friend, Jen-Jen, works alongside her to support the shop.

こちらは今日本中で話題のお店。テレビをはじめとするメディアが殺到する人気店です。
オーナーの池田穂乃花さんは現在現役の大学生。
「おじいちゃんが残したお店をなくしたくない」という想いから、お店を受け継ぐことを決意しました。
スタッフとして一緒にお店を支えるのは親友のジェンジェンさん。
