I flew first class for the very first time in my life and it was on ANA The Suite between HND-ORD and it was the best experience I’ve ever had, I am planning on doing it again in 2025. this year I have LH F on 747-8 and SQ F Suite on A380 planned. I think I am hooked now 😅

The pillow at the lounge. There happens to be one particular country where travelers take whatever they can. It is a pity since this had an effect on hotel amenities to be downgraded as well.

I WOULD NOT HAVE LIKED THE FOOD OFFERINGS (AT ALL)! I would have preferred a standard filet, etc.— was that a choice?
Looking forward to the day I can finally nab this award flight, will be trying to in the next few weeks, but don't have much hope in getting it. That said, Haneda airport is fantastic and highly recommend it over Narita. Also, if you happen to be flying delta to/out of Haneda, definitely check out their Skyclub, it is on the small side, but is by far the nicest lounge I have been to, mainly due to the customer service.

Flew JFK-NRT round trip in F in 2020 before world shutdown. It was amazing.
I used to work for the FAA in NY metro and I never realized what a beautiful approach that was.

I flew both Singapore and ANA long hauls, both were exceptional but in my opinion NH's service was a notch above SQ.

From the end of March 2024, most ANA international flights at Haneda airport will operate from Terminal 2, which has a designated first-class check-in and larger lounges.
Starting next year, all ANA international flights will depart from Terminal 2.
Psssshhh…If I had a choice to fly ANA or Emirates, it's ANA all the time. The service and perfessionalism of the ANA crews and workers is unmatched.

Post Covid it’s been worst. Last 8 months AC, KLM, Air France, Cathay to European and Asian destinations and the food was subpar on all of them.
And try to book flights that won’t be cancelled or rescheduled. If that’s not enough they are often delayed and you end up having to grab a meal before boarding because on evening flights you won’t get dinner until near midnight.
