Brilliant video guys – thanks!
I can’t believe the cost of campsites in the U.K. it’s around £25 here or if you join a camping club you get around 20-25% discount. Do you not have camping clubs there?
Thank you so much for sharing…👍🌹❤
You need to boondocks to save money no rv parks ,we had two dogs and lived in van for a year stayed at free sites at lakes and in national Forrest found sites to find free camping it was great
Thank you so much for sharing your RV journey with us! We’re hoping to go full time in 2024! Lord willing!
Hey lloyd we did 2 awnings this year the cost of the tarp was 220 Canadian and I watch a video on YouTube and with 2 people and limited tools we got it done ourselfs …good luck mate
Our insurance covered our awning a couple times actually. It’s expensive to replace, probably 1500-2000
But we had to replace the entire mechanism too, once from wind, once from rain. It was an act of God so it was covered. 😊
Get a solar panel ,hook to your house battery,,,,trickle charge all day,,,,,stay on BLM land ! I go down for six months every year from Canada to Arizona California New Mexico and I don't pay for one single night the whole time I'm in the USA the people I meet down there have dogs they run around all over the place not on a leash big open space as you're not near any people lol gas just went up to a $1.96 a liter on Vancouver Island that is about $8 a gallon ! In over four years of full-time RV living for me I have never used my awning I actually took it off last winter and got rid of it at quartzsite Arizona at the dump
Buying frequently means fresh hopefully. Pre planning meals is always a dollar saver versus hungry shopping.
Don't forget to change the Fuel and Air filter when you do the oil.
Wow! That’s way more expensive than I thought. I’m really surprised though that the gas wasn’t more. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us and for all the tips. Good to know. 😊
Glad you'll going back to Asia. I'm guessing that you figured out that Van Life is a very saturated area on YT. Plus N. Americans like myself aren't really interested in seeing more of N. America (I speak for myself). Best of luck to you & I look forward to your upcoming content from Vietnam. Cheers
I think you missed cell phone coverage and internet access costs, those are two big one I think
Have you tried Hipcamp? Sometimes it has some good places. I haven't actually used it yet, but I plan on trying it this summer at some point…good luck!
