Today, I visited cherry blossom viewing spots in the Kofu Basin of Yamanashi Prefecture.
On March 24th, the Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms in the Kofu Basin reached full bloom earlier than anywhere else in the country.

Wow, it's so awesome that you got to try the Maglev train! I read about the technology at the SCMAGLEV museum in Nagoya and it's quite interesting.Thanks for sharing the sakura sights to the outside world. I hope there will be some cherry blossoms left when I return to Japan next weekend!

Lieber Ichiro, wieder ein wunderschöner Ausflug zu dem verschiedenen Orten der Kirsch. , Pflaumen- und Pfirsichblüten. In Deutschland kann man im ICE-3-Zug höchsten 300 km/h fahren. I will be arriving in Japan in the middle of next month for my Chubu trip and I was hoping to see some sakura in Takayama and Shirakawa-go, but unfortunately the early blooming means that I might miss the sakura season. I guess what is unfortunate for me is fortunate for other people. 🥲
