今回は畑を飛び出して、リトリートトリップに行ってきました。

旅のコンセプトは「非日常」を体験するマインドフルなリトリート
日常のストレスや忙しさの中で忘れてしまっている感覚を思い出し、旅から帰ってからもマインドフルに過ごせるように自分自身を取り戻す旅です👜

リトリートの地として選んだのは「山形」
旅にトラブルは付き物と思っていますが、今回はトラブルどころか、プラスしかなかった200％完璧な旅になりました。

そして、帰宅後はぐっすり眠れるようになり、本当に行ってよかったです。

Hello, this is M from Retreat Spot.

This time, I stepped away from the fields and went on a retreat trip.

The concept of this journey is a mindful retreat to experience something out of the ordinary.
It’s a trip to reconnect with senses that are often forgotten amid the stress and busyness of daily life, and to rediscover yourself so you can continue living mindfully even after returning home 👜

The destination I chose for this retreat was Yamagata.

I usually expect some kind of trouble when traveling, but this time there was none at all—only positive experiences. It turned out to be a 200% perfect trip.

After returning home, I’ve been sleeping deeply, and I truly feel glad that I went.
