Welcome to my channel! Today, I’m taking you to Taishan (Toishan), Guangdong—the most famous ancestral home for overseas Chinese around the world.

Our first stop is Hengjiang Village in Doushan Town. Known as an “Open-air Museum of Architecture,” the village features a stunning collection of Diaolou (fortified watchtowers) and Western-style manors. Each building tells a unique story of the early Chinese migrants who traveled across the seas to build their dreams.

In the second half of the video, we’ll dive deeper into the nearby Xiaodao Village to experience its untouched, tranquil rural charm. If you are a fan of Lingnan culture and historic architecture, you won’t want to miss this!
