TSUWANO CALTEL 津和野城跡縦走 JAN 31, 2026
島根県鹿足郡津和野町
標高362ｍの霊亀山上に築かれた中世の山城跡で、津和野の町を展望するのに最適の場所です。なだらかな青野山の山すそに広がる家並みと、その中をゆるやかに流れる津和野川を一望できます。現在は建造物は何もありませんが、石垣はほぼ完全な形で保存されており、石組の堅固さ雄大さは比類のないものです。
景色を堪能した後、尾根を鷲原神社まで下り朝の町を歩き稲荷神社へ戻りました。わずか１時間30分の山でしたが味わい深い冬のひと時でした。

These are the remains of a medieval mountain castle built on Mount Reiki, 362m above sea level, and are the perfect spot for viewing the town of Tsuwano. You can see the row of houses that spread out at the foot of the gently sloping Mount Aono and the Tsuwano River gently flowing through them. There are no buildings left today, but the stone walls have been preserved almost perfectly, and the strength and grandeur of the stonework are unparalleled.
After enjoying the view, we descended the ridge to Washihara Shrine, walked through the morning town, and returned to Inari Shrine. It was only an hour and a half up the mountain, but it was a wonderful winter moment.
