1. 自然と雰囲気
森や山に囲まれたロケーションで、自然の緑が豊か。ガラス張りの大きな窓があって、店内から山の風景を楽しめる。
テラス席もあり、天気の良い日には外の空気を感じながら過ごすことができる。
2. 食のこだわり
「天美卵（てんびらん）」というこの牧場で生産されている、放し飼い鶏の卵が使われている。品質が良く、卵料理（パンケーキ・たまごかけご飯など）でその良さが感じられる。
パンケーキが特に有名。「賞味期限10分」のふわふわ・とろけるような食感がウリ。提供後の時間が経つと食感が変わるので、出てきたらすぐ食べたい。
その他、スイーツ全般（プリン、焼き菓子、ソフトクリームなど）や軽食メニューも充実。

COCO Garden is surrounded by lush forests and mountains, offering a peaceful location rich in natural greenery.
The café features large glass windows, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape from inside.

2. Commitment to Food Quality
They use “Tenbiran” eggs, which are produced at the farm from free-range chickens. These high-quality eggs are featured in many dishes such as pancakes and tamago-kake gohan (raw egg over rice), letting guests truly taste the difference.
The pancakes are especially famous — known for their ultra-fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture with a “10-minute shelf life.” The texture changes quickly after being served, so it’s best to eat them right away for the full experience.
In addition to pancakes, a variety of sweets (like custard pudding, baked goods, and soft serve ice cream) and light meals are also available.
