At “Kagoya mizunoto Auberge,” a stylish shop renovated from an old folk house, I enjoyed “Ine Mankai,” a delicious sake made from ancient rice by a female sake brewer. Afterwards, I visited the “terraced rice paddies,” a symbol of Japanese agricultural culture.
