Today, I visited the Komagane Plateau in Nagano Prefecture for the first time.
The Central Alps and Senjojiki Cirque reflected in Komagaike Pond were a breathtaking sight.
It’s conveniently located near the highway interchange, yet there aren’t many people!
It’s truly a hidden gem for viewing autumn leaves!

千畳敷カールが有名過ぎて穴場となっているんですね。
初めて目にしました。
本当に穴場ですね。
光前寺も気になっているお寺でしたが、とても落ち着雰囲気がありますね。ライトアップもその雰囲気に合わせた控えめなのがとても感じ良いです。
長野県民なのに未だ行けてない場所が本当に多いです。
とても刺激されました😮
もみじ湖にはやっと明日行けます😅

当方は浜松在住ですが、年に4～5回程度は駒ヶ根に足を運んでいます。大好きな駒ヶ根のご紹介をありがとうございます。「明治亭」からもう少し進むと「駒草屋」と言う蕎麦屋があります。細打ちの蕎麦で絶品ですよ。春、光善寺の枝垂れ桜が咲く少し前は門前の水仙畑が見頃になります。水仙越しの千畳敷も見事ですよ。
