Housed in a renovated traditional Japanese home, guests are invited to remove their shoes and step onto spacious wooden floors, where they gather around sunken hearths (irori) — a striking and memorable feature of the restaurant.

Through the windows, you can enjoy the gentle flow of the Hijikawa River and the changing scenery of the four seasons — from cherry blossoms in spring to colorful foliage in autumn — creating a serene sense of harmony with nature.

The crackling sound of the charcoal in the irori adds to the ambiance, building anticipation as you grill your meal.

The rich, smoky aroma of jidori (local free-range chicken) cooking over charcoal fires stimulates the appetite.

Grilling the chicken yourself over the irori allows you to feel the warmth of the flames firsthand, adding a unique sense of engagement and intimacy to the dining experience.

In winter, the heat from the hearth provides cozy warmth. In summer, the natural breeze and use of fans help maintain a comfortable environment.

The signature “Yakitori Set Meal” offers a choice of either salt or sauce seasoning — both delivering a richly aromatic and savory flavor.

The jidori is thick and springy, releasing juicy umami with every bite.

Grilling seri (a type of Japanese parsley) lightly alongside the chicken releases a fragrant burst, adding an unexpectedly delicious touch to the meal.

The Oyako-don (Fukase Bowl) is also highly rated — the fluffy eggs and crunchy jidori make for a perfect combination. The plum garnish leaves a lasting impression.
