ミスト状に充満した天然ラドンを **深い呼吸で体の内側へ取り入れる温泉療法です。
室温30〜35℃・湿度約90％の心地よい空間で、40分間じっくり深呼吸することで、免疫力や自然治癒力を高めるとされる「ホルミシス効果」が期待できます。

💨 What is a Radon Thermal Air Bath?
Instead of soaking in water, you gently inhale natural radon released from the hot spring source in a mist-filled room.
The room is kept at a comfortable 30–35°C (86–95°F) with high humidity, allowing you to relax and breathe deeply for about 40 minutes.
🌱 This therapy is based on the concept of hormesis, a natural stimulation that may help support the body’s immune system and self-healing abilities.
