Luxury Tour in Ise-Shima National Park | Day 1/ ラグジュアリーツアー in 伊勢志摩(体験してきた!)
All right. Hello everyone and welcome to Shima City in Mia Prefecture and I am in the Ishima National Park and I am on a 3-day twoight luxury tour. And so this is my first video to make of a luxury tour. And so I’m going to show you all of the nice things about the hotels, the food, the sightseeing and things like that. So anyway, uh first I want to introduce this hotel where I’m staying tonight and it’s called the Basarate Basarate. So I took the train from Osaka to Kashikojima station on the Kintetsu line. It was about 2 and a half hours from downtown Osaka and from there I got a shuttle bus and came here. It wasn’t so far maybe 10 minutes from the station but this is Baserate and the Isima National Park. So very very beautiful place here. Everything is very high class. This is a five-star hotel with excellent views over the bay and the islands. And actually uh tonight or later this afternoon, I’m going to be going on a sunset cruise. And the ship departs from the pier here at the hotel. So next I’m going to be going in. I’m going to show you my room and then show you some of the hot springs here at the hotel. And then of course maybe I’ll show you the dinner tonight and other things here at the hotel. So, let’s enjoy a luxury trip to Isay Shima National Park. All right, let’s go. All right, so let’s go into the hotel. We’re going to go through the lobby and then we’re going to walk over to my room. And so, this is what it looks like. Uh the different hallways here, it’s actually outdoor. It’s covered, of course, but this is really like a it’s almost like a village. So, there’s so many different buildings, different levels. It’s very easy to get lost. And when we checked in, they gave us a map and it was really confusing, so it’s very easy to get lost, but all of the interior decorations are very classy. Of course, the service was very high level. Of course, all of the artwork is inspired by the local area. This is Eay Shrine here. Looks like they sell some arts and crafts and different souvenirs. Very nice pottery. Very very nice. And then this is the lobby itself. And so when we came here, they they told us to just sit down here on these seats and then they brought out some uh tea, some really really nice tea. It was perfect. This is early August, so it was perfect for the summer. I think it was uh like uh lemon honey flavor, but very nice. And they gave us some uh cookies as well, some traditional cookies that are famous here in the East area. There you can see some of the views of the bay, Eay Bay. So again, very nice interior decorations here. All right. So So now we’re going to go to the to my room. And I believe I’m in room 206. And every room has a different name. And the hot springs, the reserved spas also each have a different name with a different atmosphere. And I will show those to you in just a few minutes. So here it is. This is my room number 206. So let’s go in and check it out. All right. So let’s go in and check out my room. And again, I said that uh all of the rooms have a different name. The name of my room is Sordan Noichi, which is sky number one. And maybe this area of the hotel is sky. So maybe there’s sky number one, sky number two, etc. So anyway, this is the first area of the room. Of course, you do have to take off your shoes when you enter the room, but here it is. Lots of very nice woodwork here in the room. They got uh free water and snacks and coffee and other things. This is the refrigerator and it is well stocked with other types of beverages. And here is the toilet. Looks very modern, high-tech, probably super super comfortable. And then this is the room itself. And it’s very, very big and spacious with these high ceilings and the beams going across the top. And here it is. These are the beds. And I’m sure they’re going to be super super comfortable. Yeah, very nice. Very soft beds here. Nice pillows. Looks like a nice sound system there. Got a little desk area here and a very large TV. Don’t know what size that is, but that’s a really, really big TV. And a nice little rocking chair there on the side. And then actually, it looks like they have a note here. And this note is in English. And it looks like uh yeah, it says, “Please enjoy the gentle breeze of Aago Bay.” Yeah. So I said East Bay earlier. It is actually ago bay. But yeah, so looks like I’ve got some traditional Japanese snacks here. And they even gave me a fan. You can see here. Very nice fan. And maybe that’s a free gift for me to take after I leave. So here’s the sofa. Little artwork there on the side. And this is my own private hotring bath right here inside the room. Well, actually technically outside the room, but there it is. And there is the view of Aago Bay. So, of course, this is the the washing area. And here, this is where you take a shower before getting in the hotring. And then here it is. Oh, it’s really hot in here. Wow. Okay, so here it is. This is my own private hotring. And there is the view of Aago Bay. This is my own private hotring with this beautiful, beautiful view. And as you can see, it’s just after 5:00. The sun’s going to be setting sometime between 6:00 and 7, maybe around 6:30 or so. You can see a boat going right there in the bay right now. And so I’m going to be going down later and uh taking a sunset cruise out here in Aago Bay. So anyway, this is my room. And then now let’s go around the hotel and check out three of the other private hotring baths that you can reserve for you and your family. So let’s keep going around and checking out this beautiful hotel here in Isima. Okay, see you. All right, and now we are at the Kashkitti onen. This is an outdoor hot spring bath that you can reserve for yourself, for your family, friends, whatever. As you can see, it’s really, really big here. I don’t know how many people can come out here, but look at that view. Very beautiful view. I think the sunset will be just right out there. And then uh later today or tonight I’m going on a sunset cruise and then having dinner here at the hotel. But very beautiful hotring here. Again, it’s called Kashkitti onen or a reserved hotring just for you and your friends or family. So anyway, let’s keep going around. I’ll see you soon. Bye. And here we are at another Kashkiritti onen. I believe there are three here at the hotel. Um and again, you can reserve this. You just call down to the front desk and you can reserve it. I think it’s usually for about 1 hour. I’m not really sure, but after you finish, then you leave and then they’ll come in, clean it up, and get it ready for the next people with a reservation. And I believe they said this is modeled after Eay Shrine, which is the most important shrine in all of Japan, which is located not very far from here. So, very beautiful view here. It’s a little It’s smaller, but still very Japanese and very high class and elegant. So, this is the other reserved hotring. So, anyway, let’s keep going around. All right, so now we are going to go to the third reserved spa is actually the English translation that they use here, but it’s Kashkiron in Japanese. This is a hotring that you can reserve for just yourself and your friends or family. And this is the one that is designed based on Eay Shrine. Not the previous one as I said it’s this one here. But very very nice here. Very beautiful traditional Japanese design but still very modern and elegant at the same time. So anyway, those are the three reserve spas or kashkirons in Japanese here available at the hotel. All right, let’s keep going around. So, I am down on the pier of the hotel and just next door you can see another hotel. It looks really, really nice. And that’s not where we’re staying, but that also is a very, very nice hotel there. And then look at Ago Bay. Looks like we’re going to have a beautiful sunset. I looked it up. Sunset is at 6:50. And our cruise is from 6:00 until 7:00. We got beautiful weather. So, here it is. And this is our boat that we’re going to cruise around the bay on. So anyway, uh right here, I haven’t been inside, but there is a uh lounge here so you can rest, maybe get some snacks and things like that before you get on the boat. So anyway, let’s get on the boat and enjoy the sunset cruise. All right. All right. So, welcome to the sunset cruise. We are now out on our own private boat. Actually, uh this is just for me and a few of my colleagues here are on this sunset cruise. And as you can see, we got a nice sunset. We’re getting close to that time. It’s really, really beautiful. All these small islands out here. You see different types of architecture, different buildings. And then they’ve got these uh I don’t know what they’re called, but uh obviously for fishing. The fishermen pull up their boats. And this area is also famous for pearls. Mikimoto Pearls is the most famous company. Uh, I’m not sure if this is maybe this is not the area where they actually do the pearl diving, but we will be checking that out, I believe, tomorrow on this luxury tour. It feels really, really nice. It was a super hot day. It’s still hot actually, but uh it’s nice to get out on the water with this really nice ocean breeze. And there it is. There’s the money shot right there. That is beautiful sunset. We’re very lucky to have this nice weather. It’s a little bit cloudy, but I cannot complain about this. And here is the boat itself. I showed you this from the pier. And this boat is really, really smooth. I was really surprised when we actually took off. It’s like, are we actually moving? But yeah, it’s a very nice and smooth ride out here. As you can see, the water is very calm. No waves, so it really is a nice, pleasant sunset cruise. So anyway, I’m going to keep riding and uh this is a 1-hour cruise from 6:00 to 7:00 and then after this, we’ll go back to the hotel and I believe we have dinner at 7:30 at the hotel. So anyway, if I see any other highlights on this sunset cruise, I’ll bring it to you. All right, see you. All right. So, actually we’re pulling away from it now, but that is the Mikimoto pearl area and uh that is where they cultivate the pearls here in Aago Bay. As you can see, we’re getting close to the sunset. We got really, really nice views out here on the water and our hotel is over there in that direction over there. But really, really beautiful islands out here in Aago Bay. All right, so let’s continue on our beautiful sunset cruise. See you. All right. So, again, continuing on our cruise here, the sunset cruise. But I just want to show you something here. Zoom in a little bit. But if you look there in the distance, it really opens up. And that is the Pacific Ocean. So that is the mouth of Ago Bay. And so the water’s really nice and calm here inside the bay. But when you cross out into the Pacific Ocean, the water does get very rough out there. So, this is an inlet with all these little islands here. And also, not only the sunset, but we can also see the moon there as well. So, very lucky to have this beautiful weather here at sunset. And then, uh actually, I just learned this little floating raft here is actually a toilet for the fisherman. So, uh that’s they try to keep all of that in one area. So, uh anyway, that’s what that raft is for there. So anyway, really, really beautiful sunset today right here in Aago Bay. All right, so let’s keep going. All right, we’re about 10 minutes away from the sunset. And there it is. You can see it’s going back behind the mountains and it’s half covered by the clouds. Really, really bright orange color right now. Very, very beautiful sunset there right there in the distance. And then right over here, if you can see, just right over here. I don’t know if you can see, it’s starting to get dark, but there is a cruise ship and uh it’s in the Spanish style. This area has a lot of connections to Spain. There’s a uh an amusement park here called Spain Ma, but uh that is a cruise ship. It’s called Esparansa, I believe, which means hope in Spanish. And uh you can actually ride that on a cruise here in uh Ago Bay. And that is really close to Kashikojima station which is on the Kintets line with connections into uh Nagagoya Kyoto and uh Osaka. So easy access. It just takes about 2 and 1 half hours by train to get here and then just a few minutes from the station you can get on the boat there and take the cruise. And look at that. The sun is going back behind the clouds uh behind the mountains. And there it is. So I think that is it. That is the complete sunset here on our sunset cruise of Ago Bay. So anyway, uh we’re going to head back to the hotel and then have dinner and then I may bring some of that to you as well. So anyway, let’s keep going on this luxury cruise in the Isishima National Park. All right, see you. It looks firm, right? Instead of cracking and breaking chokes it away. Where are they? Sorry. Yes. All right. So, uh anyway, I had uh dinner tonight uh at the restaurant as you can see in the video, and they had a special performance. I guess you could call it performance, but uh they uh grilled some of the fish there, as you could see in the video. And the wood that they used is special wood that is grown here in uh Mia Prefecture. So that was kind of a nice performance to see there. The food, everything was absolutely amazing. Some of the highlights would be the matsu zaka beef which is very famous here in Ma Prefecture. And then uh I also had a glass of Hanzo Japanese sake which was made specifically for this hotel. So very limited edition sake, very high quality there as well. And then after that, I uh went to the third uh private hotring that I showed you in the video, the one that is designed based on EA Shrine. And uh I had it all to myself, of course, and I had a nice view of the stars and enjoyed an outdoor hot spring bath all alone. So anyway, this is going to be the end of the video, and uh this is going to be a three-part series. This is a three-day tour that I’m doing, a luxury tour of the Isima area here in Mia Prefecture. So, please check out the other two videos as well. I’m making one video for each day of this tour. So, anyway, thank you so much for watching.
