【高知観光】絶品グルメを発見!高知県のグルメと観光を堪能するドライブ旅行|高知旅行vlog

I travel two to three times a month , and this video is about a road trip to Kochi Prefecture. My two-night, three-day trip to Kochi has already reached its final day, and it was amazing! I’m enjoying the food and tourist spots of Kochi Prefecture until the very end! Please watch until the end ! Good morning! This is bien. I’m currently in Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture. Wow, my two-night, three-day solo trip to Kochi has just flown by and reached its final day . I want to enjoy my trip to Kochi until the very end. Kochi Airport is around here, right? The airport is around here, and this area is probably around Niyodogawa Town. If I can stop by, I’ll take in the scenery around here, then go to the local conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Kochi City . It’s like, Mountains → Seaside sightseeing → Sushi → Back to the airport. I’m off ! Wow! It’s only 4 degrees now? It’s cold! But the weather is supposed to be fine today, so I’m hopeful. The scenery is amazing. My first destination today is 121km away. 121km includes mountain roads, so it’s pretty good. It ‘s crazy. Suddenly, the navigation system said there was a road closure, so I’d be guided to an alternative route. It took a really mysterious route, and now I’m 130km away. I was originally aiming for the Shikoku Karst, but I think I’ll give up and head to the Niyodo River area. This is going to be a trip with no plan. The morning sun is so bright, but it wakes me up. Apparently there’s some kind of roadside station here . Roadside station Bios, oh my, it’s too early in the morning, so it ‘s not open. The car is parked. When I came to Shimanto City from Kochi Airport, I went around upstream along the river from Shimanto Town, so this is my first time along the coast. The scenery is amazing. This is National Route 56. Wow , this place is so good, it’s dazzling , what a view . It ‘s 7:25 in the morning, right in front of me. Wow, what a view. This place is great. It might be nice to drive along this coast all the way from Shimanto City on Route 56 to Nakatosa. Wow , the horizon is amazing, it’s so straight and wide. I ‘ve traveled about 25km and haven’t visited any roadside stations yet. I’ll grab a coffee at Lawson for now . I’m not sure about road closures near Shikoku Karst, so I’ll give up and drive along the upper reaches of the Niyodo River. I’ve only traveled 25km from Shimanto city and am now in Kuroshio Town. It’s 114km from here to Nakatsu Valley (I set that as my destination for now). I changed my route from Shikoku Karst to Nakatsu Valley, but it ‘s still 114km away. It will take about three hours. I’m shocked, this is a highway. I wonder if they’re building an IC. I wonder if it will be even more accessible in five or ten years. If there are more tunnels and expressways and less driving on mountain roads, access will be great, but if access becomes so good, people who aren’t so confident in their driving and group tour buses will come, so that’s a difficult point. It would be awful if group tours came to Nakatsu Valley and it got really crowded. lol This morning, I went to the upper reaches of the Niyodo River. There are some places with nice views, even though they’re not particularly famous tourist spots, so I took a leisurely drive around there, like a trip looking for nice views. After that, I went a little further and got on the highway. I’m going through a tunnel. The navigation system took traffic congestion into consideration and suggested a new route, which suddenly shortened my travel time by about 30km. I’m 74km away from my destination. I think they should have taken this route from the beginning, regardless of traffic congestion. My estimated arrival time was about 30 minutes earlier than expected. Watch out for animals! Raccoon sign. 4km to Shimanto-cho Nishi. 74km from Kochi . Shimanto Town was also nice. The drive along the river from Shimanto Town to Shimanto City was also quite fun. If you haven’t seen it yet, please check out the video. Isn’t it 2 degrees cold right now? It’s strange, isn’t it? It was 20 degrees during the day the day before yesterday. The coastal area we just saw was nice, but the mountains are amazing too. The sea, mountains, rivers, everything is top-notch. That’s Kochi Prefecture . Enjoy the scenery of the mountains and rivers, eat lunch, enjoy a drive along the coast, have sushi, and then head back to the airport. That ‘s a great plan. Let’s go. And isn’t this the roadside station we went to on the first day? We passed Agri Kubokawa. This roadside station was great. There were lots of souvenirs and food, which was great. We entered the expressway from Shimanto Chuo IC. It’s so easy . Wow, the weather is looking great. Next, we entered Nakatosa Town and then Susaki City. 42km to go until our destination. Still more than halfway. We’ve come quite a way. 37km to Kochi. And we’ve come quite a way. Only 30km to go until our destination. The traffic has thinned out considerably. I wonder if we ‘ll really get there quicker if we take this route. I was taken on some mysterious route, but I wonder if it’s okay . Ah, there are quite a few oncoming cars, so I guess it’s a well-used road. It’s scary. My Swift is small, so from the Swift’s perspective, it’s really scary. It was as impressive as a tank, and I thought I was going to be crushed. We entered Sagawa Town. I can’t tell if it’s a town or a butterfly. Town road information? It says there’s a risk of collapse, but is it okay? Why were we taken on this road? This route is National Route 494. The scenery is looking nice. The leaves are slowly turning red and the colors are changing here and there. The last two times I came were in April, so this is my first time coming in November. I’m sure I’ll be able to see a different view. Also , there are no bugs around this time of year, which is nice. It’s not as cold as winter, and it doesn’t snow, so it’s the perfect time.Maybe it’s just the right time.If I go a little further, there seems to be a roadside station? River Station Ochi? No, I’m hungry.I wonder if there’s a delicatessen or something. There seems to be a bento shop or something. The scenery
around here is amazing. The view from the bridge is really nice.I found a ramen shop! I’ve had ramen, but not noodles. Is this it recently?Kawanoeki Ochi looks like it’s closed. If I go straight ahead towards Niyodogawa-cho and turn right, I’ll find Asao Submerged Bridge. Is it the model for Dragon and Freckled Princess? That place is also quite a scenic spot. I continue on National Route 33, and there are 12km left, but the lanes are separated so it’s very easy to drive. I have entered Yodogawa Town and there is a bridge just before the tunnel and the scenery was amazing. All told , I’ve driven about 8km, or about 100km , so I’m tired. I think I can see something from the sidewalk here too. The scenery from around here is amazing , it’s quite beautiful. The Shimanto River was also beautiful, but the Niyodo River has a different kind of mystical quality. The leaves are starting to change color, which is quite refreshing. This is my first time here at this time of year, so I want to go all year round. So, Niyodogawa Town? 帰りましたら、 観音様連れのご参加も大歓迎です 。 English: We entered a Lawson. Let’s stop by a Lawson . If we hesitate here, we might never find it again, so it ‘s six km to Nakatsu Valley, but before that, there’s a sunken bridge about 1 km from here. Come to think of it, I didn’t go there last time , and the view looked nice, so we made a detour before heading there . This main road suddenly turns off into a side street, so if an oncoming car comes, it might be game over . I wonder if this is it? Can we go further from here ? Are these roads connected ? I don’t know how to get there, it’s a little dangerous. I’ll go by car. Now I know how to get there. I hesitated before, but this was the right place. 450m from here. There was a sign here, and it looks like a dead end. At first glance, it looks like a dead end, but apparently it’s not a dead end, and you can go normally. It just looks like a dead end lol. There’s a big vehicle, so it’s scary. I wonder if this is the one ahead? It seems like we can go (the road was really narrow). So we arrived. A reinforced concrete sunken bridge built in 1935. It is said to be the oldest sunken bridge in Kochi Prefecture. The atmosphere is amazing , it’s mysterious, and it’s amazing! A spider’s web flew across it I wonder if anyone passes by in a car Well, I wonder if I could cross if I had a Swift This has a type of atmosphere I’ve never seen before It’s so cold When you enter a place that’s not exposed to the sun it suddenly gets cold This is amazing There’s a place like this I guess even when you’re in an area you’ve been to before, if you stray a little, there are still so many places you don’t know This is why I can’t stop traveling! I think you’ll never get bored of visiting the same area even if you visit it about ten times. It’s really deep, I guess. This is amazing , the size of this rock. There’s also a small waterfall in the back. I could n’t see it on my camera. Wow , the reflections are so beautiful. The road was so narrow I hesitated for a moment, but I’m glad I came. It was a place with a wonderful atmosphere that made me just stare blankly. I was wondering whether to go to Naganaka Gorge, but I’m glad I did. It ‘s quite a hidden gem . The entrance is a little hard to find, or rather I hesitated, but there was a sign, or rather it was just a matter of going from that road. This place is amazing too, there’s a parking space in the back, so we took a commemorative photo. I wonder if it’s a parking lot ? There’s a sign, and it was time to take a little detour. There’s also a map. It’s so beautiful. The scenery and the sounds of construction were amazing. And finally, we’re 1.5km away from the entrance. I think I’ll walk to the final depths of Nakatsu Gorge. It takes about 40 minutes round trip. I wonder if I should walk. It’s about a 40-minute round trip, so I’ll probably walk until I’m really hungry and then eat something . There’s a temporary parking lot for Nakatsu Valley here. It seems like it would get really crowded on weekends and during the summer vacation season, but it’s quite a long walk from here. It’s Wednesday morning, so it’s cold and I don’t think it’ll be crowded at all. If you go around here, the road is a little narrow. The road is a little narrow, but compared to the tough mountain roads I’ve been on so far, it’s fine. The view is good, so are there any oncoming cars? There’s a festival, the autumn leaves festival. This is the parking lot, but there’s a parking lot in front of the toilet in front of the entrance, and if there’s space you can park there. It’s full . It’s rare that only three cars can park here , but it’s rare that it’s full. Oh, it’s so full , it’s the first time I’ve parked here. It’s always been empty, but I guess I have to go first thing in the morning. There aren’t many cars parked unless it’s before 9am. There are also glamping facilities, so I’ll walk from the parking lot. The entrance to Nakatsu Valley here. You can also use the hot springs for day trips. If there’s a sauna, it’s a good option for day trips . I wonder if some people stay overnight at Yunomori. fine The view is amazing. Yunomori is a day-trip bathing facility and apparently has a hot spring, sauna and cold bath. However , I read that the sauna is small and can only seat about three people, so you might have to wait in line . But I don’t think you’ll have to wait that long on a weekday. I never get bored of seeing it, and it’s been seven months since I’ve been there, so it’s still impressive. I might get bored of it every month, but it looks different with the changing seasons . There was a map, and there are buses, so if you don’t have a car you can take the bus. My current location is here. For now, shall I walk to Uryu Falls ? It’s a good place for a morning walk , so I’ll walk around Nakatsu Valley . So I started my morning walk. This entrance is already really beautiful . There’s more wind than I thought. Nakatsu Valley really does have a nice dungeon feel to it , but it’s cold. It’s quite cold, but there are no bugs, so that’s nice. The leaves are gradually turning red, creating a wonderful view. I think it’s about 20 minutes from here to Uryuu Falls. There was a statue here. It was the first time I’d seen a statue of the Seven Lucky Gods, which I’d never seen before . The first 10 minutes are fine, but for the last 10 minutes or so you’re walking on an unpaved path so (in some places) you need to be careful about your clothing and shoes. After going a little further, it looks like this, with a wonderful dungeon-like atmosphere . The dungeon level is amazing . I visited Cape Ashizuri yesterday and went to several observation decks there , so I’m battling the muscle pain from yesterday as I continue deeper into the valley. In November, the atmosphere changes again and it feels great . Amazing!絶えただわ。 English: It’s so blue. This is my third time coming here, but no matter how many times I see it, the view is always beautiful . The atmosphere is different. This was my first time coming in November, and the atmosphere of the fallen leaves was really good. I’d like to see the atmosphere with snow piled up. From here, it gradually gets steeper. There was. It’s 290 meters from here to Amuryu Falls. From here, the second half begins. At first glance, many people might hesitate. This road is quite narrow when you look at it like this. I wonder if there are more people in the autumn leaves. There are more people than I thought. I’ve come this far. It feels like it’s more crumbling than last time. There are quite a few stairs. Amazing . So beautiful . It ‘s completely different in the sunshine. This place is amazing . And just as the road narrowed, I was sandwiched between a dangerous group of foreign tourists . Lol. I ended up overlapping with a group of foreign tourists . From here, the road is so narrow that it’s only wide enough for one person, so it’s difficult to overtake. I took advantage of a momentary gap and made it to the front. I’m going to walk quickly and keep widening the gap. Amazing. If you go to the right, you’ll reach Amuryu Falls. There were a lot of foreign groups coming. It’s amazing.帰りました。 English: This place is narrow at the back, so there’s no time to take commemorative photos. Oh no! More than 10 people came. It ‘s difficult to pass each other, so I have to jog. Oh, we’re here ! Uryu Falls is amazing no matter how many times I see it. We arrived . We arrived pretty quickly and I was able to take a photo when there was no one around . It’s pretty tough to take photos alone when it’s this crowded . It’s pretty hellish to run into a group of tourists. I thought there wouldn’t be anyone there, but I was glad they were the type of foreigners who moved out of the way. Sometimes they really block the road and don’t move out of the way. I probably won’t pass anyone on my way back, so I’ll take my time and take commemorative photos. I wasn’t originally planning on coming to Nakatsu Valley, so I’m glad I was able to come twice this year. This promenade is mysterious. I’m hungry, I want to eat something. It’s so beautiful. Sightseeing in the Niyodo River and Ino Town area is available in another video! 帰りましたら気をつけろ、徒歩2分 English: Be sure to check out that video as well. I’ve visited several hidden spots. Today I ‘m on a mountain, river, and sea Happy Set drive trip, so I can’t really sightsee in one area, so it’s nice. This is it. If this is your first solo trip, this is the difficult part. It was quite a hesitant road. I went and came back in 30 minutes. I’ve come back , or rather, I’ve made it this far. By the way, there are places where the walking path is well maintained, but you do have to walk over rocky areas here and there , so I think it’s best to wear clothes and shoes that are easy to move in. Wow, it took about 40 minutes to get here . The top is also amazing. The round trip from the entrance to Uryu Falls took about 50 minutes (including filming). So this is where I was. And now I’m back where it started. The entrance is narrow, so it’s game over if an oncoming car comes along. It’s dangerous if you don’t check before entering this road. An oncoming car just came along. There was a group tour bus here (wide area at the back). It was chaos with group pedestrians and oncoming cars. Chaos is terrible. A rather big car is coming. Next, I’ll go for ramen! It’s like Senkichi’s curry udon with miso ramen topped with pork cutlet. It’s cold today, so I have no choice but to warm myself up with miso ramen. Apparently there’s a ramen shop about 10km away . The sun is gradually rising and the river is sparkling. Then I returned from Niyodogawacho to Ochicho. The ramen shop is in Ochicho. There it is ! Ramen Ramen Jiyuken Main Store. Turning right at the next traffic light. There are 8 cars parked, which means if there’s one car per person, then there are 8 people. If all four of us had come, it might have been full lol Amazing, there was a parking space available just in time, I’ll go for now The soup was light and smooth , but had a strong miso flavor and was delicious And I wonder if it goes well with the cutlet too ?ランチです。また食べてほしいです English: But it was surprisingly delicious The noodles look like this They were easy to eat Thank you for the meal The miso flavour was good and it was really tasty The soup was fairly light but you could still taste the miso It was delicious It’s a dish you’ll want to eat on a cold day If you order it with pork cutlet on top you might get full from the oil (towards the end) People who want to eat their fill People who eat a lot might be very satisfied I came after 11am and they
were just able to get one person in and it quickly filled up so I think you need to go by 11am I wonder if they’re high school or middle school students. They run here in PE class. I wonder where they run from and to. Hang in there , I’m the type that ends up walking partway through (I have nothing but respect for them). There’s also a beautiful rural landscape here. It’s nice when there’s Japanese pampas grass, it changes the atmosphere, how do you pronounce it? It ‘s not the Niyodo River, it’s the Yanase River. This river is nice too, amazing. The leaves are starting to change color here , about half of it is red. There is Japanese pampas grass in front of it, it’s a beautiful sight . I’d like to take a commemorative photo here. It’s beautiful here, the view here is really nice. Finally, finding unnamed view spots like this on my driving trips has become one of my favorite things to do recently. It has a nice “Zakawa” feel to it. The leaves are changing color and the atmosphere is great. It’s a wonderful view. It’s nice to take a walk in a place like this. I think we went about 10km from there and entered Susaki City . It’s along the coast of Susaki City, I think it was called the Yokonami Kuroshio Line. The view from the observation deck along the way was great, so we decided to stop by there. Time for a little detour . The torii gate is mysterious and the atmosphere is amazing . It’s really quiet, or rather, completely calm ! It has a great atmosphere, like this. All right, we ‘ve arrived at Narunashi Shrine.
What a beautiful view. With the approach that was made so that you enter from the sea and the shrine building facing the sea, it is also called the Miyajima of Tosa. I really like the atmosphere here, and although it wasn’t originally on the itinerary for this trip, I ended up here . No matter how many times I see it, it’s a beautiful view. So, I’m currently climbing the Yokonami Kuroshio Line. I’ve climbed quite a bit, and there are still 5km left until my destination, the observation deck, but it’s time for a photo. The view here is also quite beautiful, so please take a look. The Niyodo River was nice earlier, but views like this are nice too. The breeze is warm . I just drove through the Yokonami Kuroshio Line, along the coast in the southernmost area of Susaki City, and have been climbing mountains. Wow, it’s so beautiful
here . I discovered something! Is that a person? I wonder how those fishermen got there. There are three or four of them. It’s amazing. Actually, I upgraded from an iPhone 14 Pro to an iPhone 17 Pro , and the zoom is amazing. The zoom power is amazing. It’s 1x and can go from 1x to 24x. Seriously, I could do detective work with this. The zoom is amazing. And we’re almost there. There’s a large parking lot here , and they sell some light snacks. 帰りましたら、 乗りました。 English: We arrived at the shop . Yay! The shop at Katabirazaki Observatory is open too! We arrived at Katabirazaki Observatory . We are in Susaki City, Kochi Prefecture, on the Yokonami Kuroshio Line. The parking lot is spacious and the view is great, so it’s recommended for a road trip. By the way, the shop looks like this. They also sell grilled squid, takoyaki, and ice cream. However, I just had ramen, so I’m full, so I’ll just stick to the view this time. Then we entered Tosa City. We entered Kochi City and it’s time to refresh, so we’ll go to the sauna and hot springs. However, it ‘s still 20km from here, so we’ll stop by on the way if there are any view spots along the way. We arrived at Tatsunohama Beach. We arrived at Dragon Beach . It ‘s so peaceful. I wonder if there was an observation deck like this? My neck and shoulders are stiff from driving so I’ll take a little walk. But today is amazing. It’s hard to believe we were in Shimanto this morning. We were in Shimanto City in the morning, then went to Niyodogawa, then from Susaki City, then Tosa City, then Kochi City. Quite a whirlwind trip. Then we cross the Usa Ohashi Bridge . After crossing, we go a little further and we arrive in Kochi city. Finally we cross the Yodo River, a first-class river , the Yodogawa Ohashi Bridge , and enter Kochi city. 1.5km later we arrive at the hot spring. This area is a zone for major chain stores. The signs for Nitori and Aoyama are huge . It ‘s crowded and there’s a lot of traffic. As expected, you can’t make it in one turn while waiting at the traffic lights. It takes about two turns, and in some really steep places it can take about three turns. The entrance to Tosa Poka Poka Onsen is next to the 7-Eleven. It ‘s really crowded . Is it really this crowded at 2:20pm? I refreshed myself with the sauna and hot spring. It was pretty spacious. It was crowded, but the sauna was spacious and there were plenty of seats on four levels, three levels, and four levels . The sauna was so spacious that I never had a problem finding a seat. There were also several chairs in the outdoor bathing area , and there were several hot springs and baths, which was great. The hot spring was pretty good – I went to the sauna twice and then the hot spring. There was also a water dispenser so I could drink water even if I went empty-handed, which was
great. There was a hair dryer and other things, but it’s a good idea to bring your own lotion and milk. If you go empty-handed , the bath fee and towel set cost 1,080 yen. The water in the cold bath is 100cm deep, so it’s quite deep, not too cold or too lukewarm, maybe around 18 degrees, maybe 18-19 degrees. It’s been a while since I’ve felt a bit dazed . Then it was finally time for sushi. When you go to the sauna or hot spring, you get hungry, don’t you? It makes you hungry in a good way . It’s like a conveyor belt sushi restaurant with a cute name, Tentenmaru Tentenmaru . Arrival Well, I had no idea about Tentenmaru until now. If I were alone, I think I would sit at the counter, but since I made an appointment in advance, it looks like they’ll show me to a table seat. This is the last gourmet time of my trip to Kochi. What a luxurious table. It was great. Everything was delicious . Thank you for the meal. It was really good and it was pretty cheap too. I ate a lot, a lot . I had some pretty good food, a lot of really good food, and the main course was really good, and it was all in the 4000 yen range, so it was pretty cheap. Thank you . Tentenmaru. I’m so full, I ate a lot. I had ramen for lunch and the sushi for dinner was pretty good too. It’s a happy day for my stomach. Looking at the mountain scenery, the river scenery, the sea scenery , eating ramen and sushi, what a wonderful day. The sun is setting so quickly. The sun sets early this time of year , it’s not even 5:30 yet, it’s 5:20pm, but it’s still pretty dark. It’s close to the airport. It’s 15km from the airport. It’s pretty close, isn’t it? It’s pretty close, but it still takes about 40 minutes. 40 minutes for 15km, so I guess there’s a fair bit of traffic. Well, it’s okay if you’re 15-20 minutes late. Let’s take it easy and go home. When I went to Kochi in April, I went to three areas: Kochi City, Niyodo River, and Aki City. This time, I didn’t see much of Kochi City. I mean, sightseeing, or rather, traveling alone. If you want to travel alone, the roads aren’t too crowded and the tourist spots aren’t that crowded . Cape Ashizuri was a little crowded, but surprisingly, there weren’t many people there, so you can experience the feeling of being out of the ordinary (around Shimanto and Tosashimizu). It was great. There seem to be a lot of different things on this street. For people who drink, it’s probably a good idea to work in a bar near Kochi city. Turning right is too scary . There are trams, too, so they’re scary. Trams. I remember this road. It ‘s difficult . It’s my first time in a rural city. Three-lane streets in a rural city, and changing lanes is difficult. When traveling, sometimes the letters are faded and the right arrow is hard to see. It would be nice if there were signs to turn right closer, but sometimes there aren’t. Suddenly, you think the left is always open, and then you can only turn left, so it ‘s quite difficult. The place I was in yesterday and the day before was a dark area at night, so it was really dazzling and sparkling. It’s less than 20km from Tentenmaru to the airport, but it still takes a long time – about 40-50 minutes. I think this is the tram, a cute tram, just like the one in Spirited Away ! This fork here is confusing, it’s diagonally right, but you just go straight. Towards the airport , depending on the prefecture, the airport is on the coast? If it’s on the edge, once you get through the city, the roads are really empty, but in Kochi, the roads are crowded right up to the airport. I returned the rental car safely and returned home safely . It was quite a long drive, and I drove in an area I’d never driven in my life before, but the total distance was 604km (not the driving distance for a trip, lol). It was a good trip.
