【埼玉県小鹿野町】山奥の密集した限界集落で暮らす群馬からの移住者

To escape the war? Searching for a new land in search of utopia? I don’t think they arrived at their permanent residence in a straight line I think they moved around a lot before finally choosing this place It’s quite a distance from here to Gunma They came here by crossing many mountains There are a little over 10 old houses in the village In fact, it seems that only 2 or 3 houses have people Going down the mountain, there is an abandoned school It must have been lively with the voices of children in the past Now, all you can hear is the chirping of birds and the occasional deer crowing In autumn, the mountains in front of you will be able to see beautiful autumn leaves Thank you for watching

埼玉県小鹿野町(おがのまち)。
狭い一本道が続く深い山奥の先。
人が暮らしていることに驚く限界集落があります。
集落は急斜面にへばりつくように存在しています。
平地が極端に少なく、狭い土地に寄り添う家々。
屋根が重なり合うような場所があります。
集落を縫うように通る小路は細く入り組んでいます。
土地が貴重であることが良く理解できます。
もちろん畑も斜面に並んでいます。
興味深いのは住民の先祖が群馬からの移住者らしいのです。
人に会う機会がなく、真偽を確かめられませんでした。
なぜ、群馬県からこの場所にやってきたのでしょうか。
戦火を逃れるため?
ユートピアを求めて新しい土地を探した?
一直線に永住の地に辿り着いたわけではないでしょう。
あちこち移り住んで最終的に選んだと思います。
ここから群馬までかなりの距離があります。
山をいくつも越えてやってきました。
集落には10軒ちょっとの古民家があります。
実際には2～3軒しか人がいないようです。
山を下りると廃校があります。
昔は子供たちの声で賑やかだったことでしょう。
今は鳥のさえずりとたまに鹿の鳴き声しか聞こえません。
秋は目の前の山々で見事な紅葉が見られそうです。
