This VIRAL Burger is a MUST STOP Shop in OSAKA!
Super good! What do you think hamburgers are REALLY about? They’re about the MEAT! Something fancy like that. Morning! Man… I’m crazy hungover. So THIS right here is my ride! I had it in the shop getting some mods done last time we filmed. So I was driving a loaner that day. Here she is. Mind if I smoke real quick? Yesterday someone came in from San Francisco. Said they saw us on YouTube! And brought this gift! Got folks from Canada… Brazil too. We get loads of visitors from abroad Thanks to the Japanese Food Craftsman channel. And they bring these souvenirs. Got stuff from the Netherlands, too. I use them as decorations here. I’m a huge fan of Negan from The Walking Dead. I didn’t buy this, I actually made it myself. Back in the day, I used to love the Kintetsu Buffaloes baseball team. So I got this bat signed by Tuffy Rhodes. A power hitter for the Buffaloes. But I loved Negan so much, I wanted to make that bat So I straight-up sanded off Tuffy’s autograph, modded it, wrapped it in barbed wire! One of our employees is comin’ in today. Just to mooch a free meal, I bet. Ayane might drop by, too. She dropped me a message like “Can I come over to grab a bite?” Think we’ll get any customers today? Who knows. Am I gonna be okay…? Camera’s still on, isn’t it? Gotta prep the burger patties And cut up the bacon we smoked yesterday So we’re gonna cut it up and get it ready to serve today. Oh yeah, we got more signatures on the wall! People from all different countries sign it. Even some celebs… and friends. Everyone just signs whatever they want. So we get more and more. Even the YouTuber MY From Channel Guardman They came after watching the JFC video about us. Pretty cool. Alright, time to prep. Always running around. Man, look at all that juice! We can crank out maybe 35–40 patties. Depending on how we trim and cut it up. This here’s Choice grade. Should say it somewhere… I’m never drinking again, man. I swear, never again. I say that but then when night comes I’m out drinking again. What’s wrong with me? This is my daily routine. Day after day. Surprisingly responsible, right? No matter how much I drink, the next day here I am doin’ this! This’s gonna be rough, man! Last time… Last time we filmed was like September or October, right? True story: Sales didn’t just double. They went up by like 2.5 or 3 times, depending on the season, but yeah. Freakin’ awesome. The number of foreign customers especially is through the roof! They see us on YouTube and come bringing souvenirs saying like “This is from my country!” and stuff. So freakin’ happy. This is US Choice beef, chuck roll. Same as before. I think this tat wasn’t finished last time we filmed. Amelia, my dog. My buddy’s a tattoo artist, he did it for me. And this one, Olivia. Oh, this one’s new. My second Doberman. I’m gonna fill this whole arm with my family. Oh, and here. Here’s my wife’s name: Alexandra. Not a punishment or anything! I did it on my own! Didn’t screw up or nothin’, I swear. He said he was getting a new tat, but wouldn’t say what. All like “Oh, it’s nothin’…” Like he wouldn’t tell me what. I thought he was gonna get something weird. Then he came home all like “here it is!” Morning! We met by chance in another community at a pizza place. He’s in the sauce-making business. Mexican salsa sauce. He made the perfect salsa just for our Coast-to-Coast burgers. We buy it wholesale from him. It’s super good, man. It’s authentic LA flavor from Anthony’s hometown. He makes it with this special LA-style which goes insanely well with our burgers. Super popular. Sells like hotcakes. The bacon burger’s my favorite. Their bacon burger with our salsa? Perfect combo. He ain’t scared of me. Oh, no. He’s super adorable. Ryouya-kun, Ryouya-chan. I’m from LA and everyone there’s got tattoos! So for me I look at Ryoya and I’m like ahh, it’s like being back in LA! So yeah, instant friends. I’m charming, right? Julia! Right on time. Oh, for real! Yeah, I said I said that story! For real? Why? Dunno. Just kept drinkin’! How many? How many shots yesterday? NINE!?! I can’t remember! And I was like, ah maybe maybe… Oh, sh*t! This is Julia, she works here. Once you finish the patties Go ahead and cut the bacon, OK? Thank you! Look at her out there havin’ a smoke. Get that on camera. No intention of doin’ any work, haha! Actually, there’s nothin’ for her to do now. I gotta finish this first. She’s gotta use this here to cut the bacon. Julia Cut the bacon for me! After you finish your smoke. Gonna move the truck real quick. Rengoku-san! How’s that comin’ along? Looks great today! All made in house. We buy pork from Spain Salt it, cure it Then rinse it off and dry it out. So in total it takes… Less than 2 weeks, about 1.5 weeks to finish the bacon. Oh, and finally we smoke it. It’s crazy good. For real. After this, you can’t go back to store-bought bacon. It’s that good. Give her some liquid courage. Ryouya, I’ll pay! Thanks, cheers! Okay, I can do it! Almost done One avocado cheeseburger And one cheeseburger Make one burger, then go for a smoke. How about now? A bit here. So embarrassing! Eat, eat! Go for it. Just be natural, natural. Good, right? We cook our pancakes pretty firm around here. Wait, I ate four last time? Yep. You did. Choco-banana Pancakes That wasn’t choco-banana at all…Totally a burger. Nice. He an alcoholic? Maybe. この手のファストフードは最初こそ「新しいもの」として入ってくるが、すぐに行き過ぎた形になり、

Basically, they are making burgers like a Redondo Beach, California joint called "The Standing Room". I don't need to go to Osaka to get one 4 miles from my home. BUT… the fun they have making the burgers is fun to watch.
