車一台がやっと通れる細い道の先。
遺跡と見間違えるほどの立派な景色が広がります。
長い歴史を積み重ねてきた古民家廃墟と石垣。
歩くだけで当時の世界に入り込むことができます。
坂道の上には廃校があります。
子供たちの元気な声が響いていたことでしょう。
集落には一軒の雑貨屋があります。
おじいさん、おばあさんに話を聞きました。
店は10年ほど前に閉めました。
ここを含めて集落は三世帯しかありません。
昔は様々な世代の人たちが店に来てくれました。
今は畑や年金で暮らしています。
時間を気にせず、ゆっくり生活している印象でした。
