[Music] we definitely come that great place to spend a week relaxing food options could be a little more varied in the hotel but overall it was a great holiday great experience great overall experience room is cheaper than expected due to the included breakfast buffet it’s also always cleaned and comfortable had good but decently priced meals at the hotel restaurant for my long stay staff are friendly and helpful if you need something the free drinking water at the lobby could be better though has an aftertaste the location is a bit secluded /ar as well but you can easily call for a pricey taxi some parts of the property could do with some more lighting at nights but overall a great experience we’ll check in again Unforgettable birthday staff helped me organize a surprise birthday celebration for my partner really thoughtful nice hotel and good service the location is good not too far from town you can choose to walk or take a bus people are nice and hotel too great service and great food good hotel with exceptional service the hotel has two pools next to a lagoon in a Veranda restaurant in an open area sitting staff were very helpful and quick to check us in rooms are cozy but Improvement is needed for cleaning if you arrive late in vaa make arrangements for food as restaurants close at 9:00 and there is just tea and coffee coffee in the room food isn’t available in room service fridge isn’t stocked well fantastic staff beautiful scenery holiday and is in an ideal location only a short walk 10 to 15 minutes to Port vaa the Outlook is lovely overlooking the Lagoon and the beach and pools are all good there are plenty of water sports available on site the staff are friendly and helpful in a very relaxed layback way the rooms have obviously been renovated fairly recently and the amenities are good note the restaurant is well geared up for gluten-free needs this is a great Resort if you have a young family however because of this there are lots of children running around and noise to go with it if you want just peace and quiet I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you can get into one of the overwater rooms located on the adjoining Private Island even then you will be surrounded by kids at the swimming pools and restaurant another tip get a room rate that includes breakfast otherwise it will be very expensive and there isn’t much available in Porta
