崩壊寸前の廃墟結婚式場を訪ねる【赤平観光センター、プリンス平安】
Visiting an abandoned wedding hall beyond the bushes This is my first visit in 5 years, and I deliberately approached it from the back. It opened on November 7, 1967, as the “Akabira Tourist Center.” In addition to a large hall, it had nearly 20 guest rooms. It had a large wedding hall attached and was used for wedding ceremonies and other events. In the telephone directory, both “Akabira Tourist Center” and “Prince Heian” are listed as of 1993. From 1994 to 2000, only “Prince Heian” is listed. It seems to have closed around 2001. The guest room building is completely destroyed, and there’s no way to enter. Only the wedding hall building is somehow still standing. 赤平観光センター（プリンス平安）は、北海道赤平市幌岡町にあったホテル兼観光施設です。「プリンス○安」や「A観光センター」とも呼ばれていました。
1967（昭和42）年に開業し、1971（昭和46）年には老人保養所を併設。大広間のほか「鶴亀」「寿」「ぼたん」など20室近い客室を備え、冠婚葬祭や同窓会などに利用されました。
1990年代には「赤平観光センター」と「プリンス平安」の両名で電話帳に掲載されていましたが、2000年前後に閉業したとみられます。2006年には廃墟として言及され、2024年8月時点でも建物が残っています。
国道沿いには大きな看板や鉄骨の櫓があり、館内には剥製や人形、ピアノなどの遺構が見られます。老婆の霊が出るという噂もありますが、根拠のない風説です。

The decorations on the panels of the staircase were pretty.
シャンデリアがとても豪華、階段の手すりも凝った装飾だったり、現役時代は立派なホールだったんだろうな。やはり雪の多い地方の廃墟は、雪の重みなどで崩壊がはやく進んでしまうのでしょうね。
やっぱり廃墟も最低限の管理を施さなければ朽ちるに任すしかないんだよね……。
多分、数年後には自然崩壊しているのではないのでしょうか？
That chandelier with the chairs hung up on it is creepy but at the same time quite interesting like a modern art piece
日中でも雰囲気怖い感じですね。
倒壊や朽ち方が非常に酷く、持ちこたえている建物も、いつ倒壊してもおかしくないように見えました。
地震で倒壊してしまったのか。 雪や老朽化で倒壊してしまったのか。のどちらかなんでしょうね。
シャンデリアや、階段の手すりの飾り模様も凝った感じで営業期間中は豪華な内装だったんでしょうね。
動画終盤の場面のゲートは大きな立派な鉄の骨組みですね。
