it’s like I’m running the place single-handedly. But the customers are considerate about that, They clean up after themselves and stuff. During lunch service on the filming day, including takeout orders,
we served food to 46 customers. We waved goodbye to the smiling owner and left the restaurant. A long-established diner carrying on the flavors of its predecessors.
The taste we want to preserve forever: “Ito Shokudo.”
