The softly stewed octopus is bouncy and jiggly ✨ My hands aren’t shaking lol. The colorful kaiseki meal begins ♪ The long-awaited grilled dancing abalone is really moving 👀 It’s so soft , the mellow aroma of butter and the scent of the sea spreads !! 🤣✨ It’s bouncy and firm beyond imagination! The exquisite flesh carves into a pleasant rhythm in your mouth . When eaten with the special sauce, the flavor is even more enhanced. After the dancing abalone, the dancing tiger prawns also dance. We grilled them with salt and ate them dancing. The staff peeled them for us 🤣 Amakusa is said to be the birthplace of tiger prawn farming. The flesh is firm and has a strong sweetness, making for a high-quality texture!! Is it really okay to eat all the bounty of Amakusa, including fish, meat, and vegetables, for just 10,000 yen? I think it depends on when you make your reservation, but since private rooms are not available for dinner at the moment, I actually got an even better deal. In fact, I almost feel sorry for them 🥹 Apparently the flooding in August was really hard, and the hotel is clean and there are no problems inside, but the staff spoke with a sad look on their faces. Staying here puts a smile on everyone’s face ♪ The hotel is also easily accessible for sightseeing in Amakusa. Please come to Hotel Ryugujo on your next day off ✨ After we’d had our fill, we headed to the hot springs where we booked a private hot spring! Enjoy your own private space from 6:00 AM to midnight! This bath is carved out of a 200-year-old cedar log, a rare bathtub I’ve never seen before. It’s easy to see why it’s known as a beauty bath. The exquisite, moist, and warming bath made my night in Amakusa a special one. Now that my body was warm, I gazed at the night sky. The night breeze felt so good on my hot body. I’m sure I’ll have a wonderful dream tonight. Good night! ✨ DAY 02 Hotel Ryugu I slept soundly and it was amazing! ☀️ Morning Breakfast Buffet A Japanese-Western fusion buffet packed with the bounty of Amakusa. Freshly made sea bream chazuke. Enjoy seafood from the morning. How about finishing off your breakfast with some? I was impressed with the luxurious breakfast to the very end. 🥹 What did you think of Hotel Ryugu? A luxurious time spent forgetting the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many things to think about every day, but why not forget about it and relax for now?
