I’m on a journey toward Osaka, stopping by various towns on my way before eventually returning to Tokyo.
To get a little closer to Tokyo after leaving Nagoya, I visited Okazaki City in Aichi Prefecture. Instead of Okazaki Station, Higashi-Okazaki Station is actually the livelier area of the city, and since it had been a while since my last visit, I decided to walk around again.
The station area is currently undergoing redevelopment, and the buildings that stood in front of the station during my previous visit are now gone. I’m curious to see what new facilities will be built here once the redevelopment is complete.
