On this stormy day with strong wind and rain, I searched for a place to film and found an outdoor staircase at Wing Bay Otaru.
From there, I captured the view of Otaru Port Marina, where white waves broke over the breakwater.
The mic quality isn’t great due to the wind, but I hope you can still feel the atmosphere of stormy Otaru.
