It’s early, so the shopping district isn’t open yet, so we move to another place. On the way there, I stopped off for a bit because it was beautiful. Lake Sai, one of the Fuji Five Lakes Canoeing, boating, fishing, etc. Next we visited a traditional village This is Nemba, Lake Saiko Healing Village Purchased for an admission fee of 500 yen It’s very shallow, so it seems too narrow for carp to live there. It’s been a while since I’ve seen corn being dried. It’s a great season to travel, but I wish autumn was longer. It is divided into two parts, centered on a stream. A folk village with over 20 restored houses from old Japanese farming villages. It’s faded, but is it Sarubobo? When I went inside, I saw some amazing works. Sarubobo is a faceless red baby doll and a famous mascot of the Takayama region It is said to symbolize good luck, protection, health, and family harmony. It was originally a talisman doll made by a grandmother for her grandson. Great work, thank you It’s like an iron Is it a spool of thread? There are various workshop experiences available, including pottery, woodworking, and glass crafts. This is like a glass workshop. It would be a good experience to bring your children. Speaking of Lake Kawaguchi, I had hoto last time, so I came here to eat kaiseki cuisine today. Yuba tofu Yuba is a dish made by scooping the thin film that forms on the surface of heated soy milk. You can choose between horse sashimi and sashimi, so I ordered one of each. It was thick, fresh and delicious. I don’t have many opportunities to eat horse sashimi. It’s delicious Deep-fried rice cakes in soup stock It contains mushrooms and other vegetables. Even the soup stock is really delicious. Next is salmon Everything is delicious Before you know it, the meal was prepared, Fujimabushi. Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) dish using rainbow trout All bones and organs were removed, the fish was deep-fried twice to remove the oil, and then made into a kamameshi. Only the edible parts are included, but the tail and head have a bad texture, so they are removed and mixed separately. It seems to be good to eat It has been featured on Japanese television many times. It was also featured on Korean TV. It seems to have been a travel show for a comedy team. First eat it as is, then add condiments Finally, eat it with ochazuke. Serve over rice with seasonings. Rice crackers and seaweed There is no fishy smell at all and it is refreshing. I’ve seen Mount Fuji many times, but this is probably the first time I’ve seen it without snow. It’s lonely without snow Everyone who comes here eats soft serve ice cream.
