【湘南ライフ】平塚の海に新名所誕生 話題の平塚シーテラスを歩いてみた！
A new attraction opens on Hiratsuka’s beachfront.
I walked around the popular Hiratsuka Sea Terrace ! Hello, this is Chaco’s Shonan Diary. Today I went to Hiratsuka Sea Terrace, a popular spot that opened on October 31st. I would like to share with you what it was like right after the opening. This is the Ogi no Matsu intersection on National Route 134. Before Hiratsuka Sea Terrace opened, there were concerns about traffic congestion, but today it is smooth. There is also a parking lot, so it is easy to access by car. We have arrived at Hiratsuka Sea Terrace. Sagami Bay in front of you If you look to the right, you can see the mountains of the Izu Peninsula and Mount Fuji. This open atmosphere is typical of Shonan. Izu Oshima can be seen in the distance. First, I would like to go to the Marche building. It is filled with unique local shops. As it had just opened, it was crowded with people. This is a takoyaki shop Next door is a hamburger Next to it is a seafood bowl This is a pizza dog On a sunny day, it’s nice to buy some at the market building and eat it outside. This building is Grill Pia I’m curious about the roast beef bowl. It seems like there are many other takeaway items available besides roast beef bowls. It says you can also have a barbecue. I was really curious about this store so I decided to go in. When I entered the store, there was indeed a BBQ cooking facility. On this day, it seemed like you could also order takeout from the store. BBQ Menu There seem to be three types of plans: Light Course, Regular Course, and Deluxe Course. It includes all-you-can-drink alcohol. Wow. Locals might prefer to walk here. Today I ordered a roast beef bowl instead of BBQ. You can enjoy the spectacular view of Sagami Bay from inside the restaurant. As soon as you leave Grill Pia, you will come across a grassy area. After your meal, take a walk on the lawn. It’s the perfect place to relax on a holiday afternoon while looking out over Sagami Bay. After that, we decided to go to the beach park from the sea terrace. It is about a 400 meter walk from Sea Terrace to Beach Park. Mount Fuji is beautiful today. Arrived at the beach park. A newly constructed beach promenade. Today we’ve introduced you to Hiratsuka Sea Terrace, a new seaside space that just opened. It is likely to become a popular spot for relaxation on the weekend.
