Chinese food “dynasty”
On the completely reborn Hilton Tokyo dining floor, only the Chinese restaurant “Dynasty” has inherited the name of the restaurant that existed before the birth of TSUNOHAZU. The Chinese cuisine “Dynasty”, which inherits history and tradition and adds modern essence and sublimates, is a bright and modern space with windows all over. Peking duck that is fragrantly baked from a special oven, all-you-can-eat “dynasty taste” that you can enjoy as much as you like from a la carte that uses plenty of high-class ingredients, and deepened taste of traditional “dynasty” Enjoy a variety of dishes with courses, set menus and a la carte. Private rooms with different tastes are also available. From private meals to parties, we have 7 large and small private rooms and semi-private rooms that can accommodate up to 40 people.
“Chef’s Special Lunch” and “Shikien”, which are prepared with carefully selected ingredients for each season, are recommended menus that are ideal for various occasions such as business lunches and gatherings with important friends and family. In May and June of the “dynasty” where you can see the fresh green trees from the window, we offer two types of courses including a special menu with a flower theme.
