Yachiho Fisheries, established in 1978, is located in Sakubo Town, Nagano Prefecture.
They farm Shinshu salmon and Shinshu Daio Iwqana, which are Nagano Prefecture specialties, as well as rainbow trout, Japanese char, and Japanese char.
The pond water comes from the clear stream of the Ooishi River flowing down from the Yatsugatake Mountains. The water has no unpleasant odor, making the fish incredibly delicious.
They manufacture and sell processed products such as Shinshu Salmon Shirakaba Smoked, Shinshu Salmon Smoked Jerky, and Warm-smoked Japanese char, Yamame trout, and rainbow trout.

🥷Who is Ninja Manager⁉️🥷
Shinkoma Bookstore is located in Higashimachi Shopping District, Sakuho Town, Nagano Prefecture. Standing on his head in front of this bookstore is the Ninja Manager.
His past is shrouded in deep mystery and unclear, but apparently decades ago he was an action star in Hollywood and apparently played ninja roles exclusively.
Now, he relentlessly trains himself using equipment installed beside the bookstore while also tending the shop as an enigmatic Ninja Manager.
His habit of performing handstand push-ups in front of the store at the request of elementary school children (lower grades) has gradually become a familiar sight in Higashimachi Shopping District.
Apparently, quite a few people visit the bookstore specifically to see the ninja manager.
