Pakistan does not receive as many tourists as India does so they can give stuff for free. And they still have the colonial hangover so they get enamored by white skin people visiting their country. India definitely has much larger tourist influx of white people so you canโt give stuff for free to such a large audience. We are slowly moving away from colonial mindset so we look at white person as a person and not some kind of god hence the difference

Once they are regularly seen and are a part of your business scene, you will start start being more practical.
